Atami Station 🈶 Hotel shuttle bus
It is a bit troublesome to walk to the hotel or take the bus
No reservation is required, you can find it when you exit the station
We left our luggage in the mall opposite the station
First, we went to the commercial street on the right and had lunch
Recommended the ramen shop of golden eye snapper🍜 This is the one that is sold on this coast🐟
Then we took the shuttle bus to the hotel~
✅About fireworks
The fireworks view in the previous article is what you can see from the hotel room
It rained heavily on 4/28, and the temperature at the beach dropped immediately. It was quite cold
I took my parents there. After thinking for a long time, I decided to watch it in the room instead of going to the beach
There is also a platform on the top floor of the hotel to watch, but I didn’t go up because it was raining
The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, both of which are served in a 9-square plate format
There are many types of dishes and they taste very good
♨️The hot spring is also OK
The price is quite reasonable, and the price has not increased too much because of the fireworks

I don't know much about it, but it feels like a relic from the heyday of Atami, a place frequented by many Japanese tourists. It's not like there are few foreign guests, but it was interesting to see that the concierge staff were afraid to speak English. If you answer in English, they'll try to replace you with someone who speaks English well. Haha. Well, there wasn't anything particularly inconvenient because of that. The hotel has three public baths, including an open-air bath, and there's even karaoke in the pool. If you order dinner, you can get unlimited access to all kinds of alcoholic beverages at the buffet for an hour and a half. It felt like it was optimized for family trips and company seminar stays. Despite the many public baths, only one bath towel is provided per person. Please note that you will be charged for additional requests. Bottled water is not provided, so you have to use the vending machines, and the drinks from the vending machines are generally quite expensive. There are also massage chairs, but these are also charged. Maybe because the basic weekday accommodation fee is cheap, but it felt like it was covered by the facility usage fee. Still, I'm satisfied because the price is reasonable and it's convenient to use.
It can be seen that there are hotels that are old, and the facilities are relatively old. Like door keys, switches, sockets, and toilets, these look like the standard of a domestic 3-star hotel more than ten years ago. Because it is related to the beach, the room is a damp musty smell as soon as it enters, but there is a purifier in the room. It is not easy to book a room on the night of the fireworks conference, although the price may have doubled 3 times compared to the usual price. The room rate includes 2 large and 1 small, one berth and two meals, and 3 people have made the bed and put toiletries.
Breakfast and dinner are buffets. It is best to make an appointment with the hotel in advance for dinner. We don’t know. We went to the scene and were told that there was a second 20 o’clock. Fortunately, our driver sister and the front desk softly grinded hard and said that we were going to the beach to see the fire. We were transferred to the first session at 18:30. Although the quality of the buffet is not much, it tastes very good, especially fried shrimp, egg fried rice, steak. Soft drinks and beer are also free, and the meal time is 70 minutes.
After dinner, there are two roads from the hotel to the hydrophilic park google map, one passing through Atami Ginza, there are many people and cars and shops to walk slowly. If you want to feel lively, you can go here. We chose a path with steps along the river. It is not tired to go downhill to the beach. It takes about 12 or 3 minutes to get to the hydrophilic park. It is just right to see the fireworks here. If you don't want to go to the beach, there is also a terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel (you can see a sign on the same day), but it will be blocked by the front building.
Be optimistic about the fire back to the hotel, you can also go to the large bathhouse on the 2nd floor to take a bath and soak in the hot springs, comfortable. The latest admission time for breakfast the next day is 9 o'clock.
It is an old hot spring hotel that has been in business for at least 40 years. It has a good location. The Atami Ginza Shopping Town is right at the door. It is about 15 minutes' walk from Kinomiya Station and Atami Station. The hotel itself is divided into the main building and the annex, which are connected by a passage.
Check-in: Check in at the front desk of the main building. The introduction is very careful. A detailed hotel map and check-out, a list of precautions such as hot springs, etc. will be provided, as well as meal coupons and the time to enter the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Environment and sanitation: The hotel lobby, restaurant, hot spring and bathroom are all large, and the overall style is very retro Showa, but very shabby. My room doesn't even have a headboard, and the bathroom is yellow; although it is shabby, it is very clean, and there is no dust on the bathroom and windowsill.
Facilities: Hot springs - 2 open-air hot springs and a large indoor hot spring on the second floor underground. No reservation is required. Each hot spring is very large and the environment is beautiful. Yukata can be selected by yourself at the entrance of the passage from the main building to the annex.
Entertainment: There is a large game room, no reservation is required. There are also mahjong rooms and table tennis rooms, which require reservations.
Transportation: The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Atami Station, and the timetable is available at the hotel entrance.
