Hotel location is great... Walking distances to place I need to go everyday during my stay Staff are friendly even though we have some language barriers in between.

Heating is noisy and weak. There was an unused ground heating while spaces are limited. Service and people are 👍

i came early to Astana due to my flight. I arrived hotel and hotel claimed early entrance fee. I paid more then reservation amount!!! I ll address my compliant to Holiday Inn Customer Service too. It s not fair at all.

Satisfied, much better than the same brand in Almaty, and the breakfast is richer. It is a must-choose hotel for Chinese people on business trips here. Great!

The hotel is new and modern. The bed linen is snow-white and pleasant! The mattress, pillows, blanket, are comfortable. The room states that the guest is offered two types of pillows: soft and hard, in fact, one type, but very comfortable) the room is clean, but initially cool, we solved it with the help of air conditioning. In the bathroom there is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a dental kit and other small things can be ordered at the reception ... there is a kettle, tea, sugar, granulated coffee, two bottles of water. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is a buffet, delicious, there is plenty to choose from. Coffee only in capsules from a coffee machine. We asked at the reception for two additional bottles of water, they gave it to us without any problems) opposite the hotel there is a hypermarket, a bus stop, its own free parking. I recommend!

The room is a standard double room. Opposite the hotel is a large 24-hour supermarket. The fast food next to the supermarket is not recommended. 50 meters walk from the street next to the hotel, there is a Coffee Boom with delicious food; 100 meters walk, there is a Chinese restaurant (mainly Xinjiang cuisine) with good taste.

Holiday Inn has the usual quality, and it feels very good. The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean, and the price/performance ratio is high. It is worth choosing for business trips.
