The field in front of Loppokan was so pretty! A family of four went there, and the room was spacious enough, and the futon was very soft. You should definitely enjoy the outdoor hot spring on the 4th floor. I think the men's and women's baths change every day! The water is good, and it would be really nice to go in the winter. ㅎㅎ We were able to eat a lot, and there is an udon restaurant run by an old couple nearby, which I really recommend. You have to try it! It's a local Japanese taste!! The large bath on the 1st floor was also nice because it wasn't too crowded~

The hotel service attitude is good, and there are free matcha and red bean cakes before check-in. The room has a sunny view and is neat and tidy, except that the ventilation of the toilet needs to be improved and there is a slight odor. In addition, indoor and outdoor hot springs are provided. The men's and women's hot springs will be switched every other day, so you can enjoy different hot springs. 

There is free parking, the environment is good, and you can enjoy the sunset. I chose a room with an open-air bath, which provides two meals per night. The food is good. The staff are courteous and proactive in assisting. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, and the staff's service attitude is very good. The indoor men's bath on the first floor is spacious and well-equipped. The outdoor men's bath on the fourth floor is slightly smaller and can only accommodate less than ten people.

I stayed with my dog. The website said to put the dog in a case, so I did as instructed and went to the front desk, but they quickly showed me the dog and my family to the room as if they were in trouble. I understand that it can't be helped since we are staying at a normal inn, but if it was a bad idea, I wish they had told me what to do when making the reservation. The room was near the emergency exit, so it was very convenient for going out. The room also had tatami mats for dogs and a large cage was prepared, which was appreciated. The building was very clean and well-tidy, which was pleasant. The food was average. However, the main waiter was nice, but some of the waiters were sloppy and left items on one side of the table, which was disappointing. Finally, when we checked out, we handed over the key and went to the cashier. Even though we had made a reservation through a travel agency and had already paid for everything, they explained the details to us and then charged us for the payment, and they were quick to respond. Later, they asked me to return the key, and when I said I had returned it, they confirmed and said yes. And the souvenirs we had asked for were not given to us unless we asked for them, and when they brought them to us, they just handed them to us and moved on to the next customer. This was the first time I've ever experienced such a botched check-out. Thank you. I'm sorry. It's a shame that everything was wiped away with just one word. Many staff members have worked hard in various ways, but the response of the front desk, which is the face of the hotel, ruined everything and left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
