Very nice room area and good service staff very good I like near metro and subways

I'm glad that the hotel is in front of the station. I would like to use this hotel again.

No one cleaned the room and the service attitude was not good. When I checked out, the key had been returned but because I was ten minutes late looking for a lighter, the hotel staff said they would charge 1,000 yen.

It's close to the station, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. There is a smoking area near the entrance, but it may be a hassle for smokers.

I always use it. It's close to the station, and I can have breakfast at Jona without getting wet in the rain. It's great. I prefer DHC amenities.

My child (high school freshman) stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. I also had to stay on the first day at short notice, so I asked the staff if I could stay in the same room. There were many restaurants around the hotel, so I didn't have any trouble finding something to eat.

Although the room is not very big, it is still quite comfortable.

There was a lot of noise coming from the room next door during the night, so I couldn't sleep. I don't think it's possible to choose the type of guests, but I would like to see restrictions on the number of guests staying at the same hotel.

First of all, I liked the front desk staff because they were so friendly. The room was not small but comfortable to use. I also used the facilities well without any inconveniences. This is a hotel I want to use again when I go to Saitama again!
