Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

Great hotel close to the center of town.

I expected more from this hotel. Everything seems to be fine but somehow gloomy and not enough comfort. Breakfast was very good.

Worst of Worst experience!!!!! in Hilton Antwerp Old town. Booked in Trip.com and payed everthing in advance. But Front desk staff asked me pay again by their mistake and Raciial discrimination!!!!!! I almost pay two times!!!! And I payed for Breakfast in advance but they are NOT aware of it, and asked again with very rude Attitude to me and my wife. And when I check-out, they took me some additional fee in the doposit which has NOT been informed ever!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very old hotel with well-maintained facilities. The most important thing is that there is a Christmas market and an ice skating rink downstairs, which the children love very much. The taste and service of the restaurant in the market are very good. The Christmas atmosphere is very good. The hotel is next to the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient for replenishing snacks and fruits. It is just that you need to take a detour to get a taxi to Antwerp Central Station. If you don't need to take a taxi with your children, there are actually buses and subways downstairs, which is very convenient. You must stay here again when you come to Antwerp

The hotel is in a great location, and the public parking lot is connected to the hotel, which is very convenient for the center of Antwerp. The hotel is also clean and well-equipped. The management of the old brand hotel is trustworthy.

The service from the front desk staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are newly renovated and very neat and clean. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and it is very close to the church. It is worth visiting again.

Twin beds weren't prepared, but they moved me to another room and the service was kind. I wanted to come again!

Very centrally located. There is a public parking lot underneath the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but the breakfast buffet was very extensive.
