Very friendly front-desk woman who carried my bags in. Room was clean and they even agreed to hold my bag for me while I do my safari trip. Restaurant was great too and well-priced and good quality. One of the better places I’ve stayed at. Also near to an ATM and a supermarket which helped! Would definitely recommend.

Location is ok and the room is clean and tidy. Our room's aircon is not working though. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Although they made a mistake in our 2nd booking with them (which resulted in them finding another nearby accommodation for us to stay instead), the experience with Charity Hotel is still quite pleasant :)

This hotel is very reasonably priced for the comforts on offer. The rooms are large. There is a full sized bath tub in the double room. Toothpaste, toothbrush and soap is offered. Hot water is available from 3am to 10 pm. There is a small restaurant. Don't be put off by the fact that it is down an unpaved path. The hotel is fine and the staff very professional.

Hotel without too many pretensions, a little out of the center but clean and with a comfortable bed. Clean and functional bathroom in the room, working shower with hot water at all hours. Courtesy at reception. Breakfast to improve

We arrived at night, very good attention from the staff. Breakfast good, and very well served. As for the room I do not say the same. Outdated room, horrible decoration and horror bathroom, almost overturned the sink with furniture and everything, damp walls, hole in a wall where the respirator fan was visible… come on, I'm not coming back! Access through the streets to the entrance of the hotel, horrible !!!!
