It was a good stay, big and clean rooms, breakfast was nice. amenities could have been better

Excellent stay

Everything was perfect. However, the breakfast was not varied... I only ate fruit because most of the dishes were Indian and therefore spicy.

It's in the Baga area in the north of Goa, and it's near famous beaches such as Anjuna Beach and Baga Beach! Great when traveling north Goa.

Everything except food in 2 meal was below par. The list of issues is long: a) Had to insist on better room allotment, something I was assured before coming to the hotel (2 rooms close to each other) but was changed at the last moment. b) No power in one of the rooms - had to wait for the electrician to fix stuff after checking in c) Muddy water coming from the tap d) Housekeeping didn't bother to clean the rooms for 4.5 hours despite telling them twice (no they were not busy with the rooms, they just forgot doing it while we were away) e) The hotel charged 5k for an extra bed but provided just a thin sheet of mattress on the sofa bed already there in the room f) Foam coming out of sewer hole near commode in the bathroom - it was as much funny as it was disgusting - have attached a pic of the same. Can't mention everything here - there were too many issues. It's a worn out overpriced hotel (not a 4/5 star by any means). Avoid

From reception till the room had a great experience. Was updated by Poonam gave us a spacious room with a beautiful view. Thanks to her. Had been asking us about our stay whenever we used to meet here & there. Helpful & nice lady. Other than that big dinning area with a very good quality food. Swimming pool was absolutely clean. Nigam in the hotel is a nice soft spoken guy who was trying to take care of things in the hotel/pool etc.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. Our rooms were upgraded on arrival and were much newer than a lot of the pictures we had seen online. The cleaning service was nice and thorough. All of the staff were very attentive and accommodating to any of our needs. We were offered half board, including a breakfast that would vary slightly each day and the dinner buffet. The food was nice and breakfast was busy. At first we would spend the day out and in the evening have dinner at the hotel. However, in the evenings we were often the only people in the restaurant. The food was still delicious and varied but there lacked any atmosphere. I suppose other guests don’t eat in the hotel after breakfast. So, we began to do the same and eat nearby. There are plenty of lovely local restaurants. A lot of local businesses are open to the early hours of the morning and the night atmosphere is very charming. The pool area was always clean and never too busy. It was comfortable to swim and lounge there. The hotel is located a short drive from the beach and busier neighbourhoods. They are easily accessible with the taxi services just outside of the hotel. I really recommend staying here!

I stay in this hotel five days it was good. Hotel staff and hospitality is very nice. Room is very nice food. Also, very good. I love pool area. Garden area is also very good. Total, my experience is very good. I’m also required all friends and family go to this hotel

Happy with luxmi, fatima they very cute and supportive nature and very humble behavior which is. So cute And ther is one more guy name gopi is really very humble and kind behaviour Happy with Luxmi and Fatima—they are very cute, supportive, and have a humble nature, which is so endearing. There is also a guy named Gopi who is incredibly humble and kind.

The staff is very gentle and the hotel Is very comfortable Jyoti was very corporable and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has good scenic beauty and the rooms are well spacious. The looks are aesthetically appealing. Good behaviour from staffs especially Jyoti.

I am happy with the stay and Breakfast. Jinto from house keeping was provided us with very best service as he was always there was for every need of me .And the atmosphere of hotel is very good .I was really enjoyed the day.The location is fine ..

Best hotel in town. The cleaning employees are amazing they provide everything you want. I want to mention specially Rajesh and Fatimah they are so kind and professional. They definitely deserve a promotion. Really liked the hotel. Loved it!
