Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect hotel. The hotel is very close to Taj Mahal. The hotel provides electric cars to the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool and back garden of the hotel are a piece of art. I will live for a longer time next time.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Marriott due to the warmth vibes that the staff gave us. The room was spacious and everything in the room was okay especially the iron. The gym was nice but can be improved. The dinner buffet was okay but they can also offer more fruit options. The breakfast was really nice. Overall, Fairfield Marriott is a nice place to stay whenever you are in Agra.

This is just an island of civilization in a dirty city and an opportunity to relax. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed, cozy pool and really good service. Traveler's life hack: when trying to find a place to switch in countries like India, you can go to the lobby bar of a 4-5 star hotel. Here in the lobby bar everything was super, Indian white wine and masala tea 🙌

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

It didn't look like a Marriott property. 1) Arrogant staff. 2) View from hotel windows is not good at all. 3) Mosquito in the breakfast area 4) Full of flies and mosquito in kids play area. No one would take care of your special request, was there for anniversary but none of the staff bothered to even wish. Other hotel chains like holiday inn, Radisson are much better then Marriott Agra.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

I stayed for one night, but it was less than 5,000 yen, so it was the best value for money! I arrived at 22:00, and there was a party, so I could hear the loud background music from the room, but I think it ended around midnight. In front of the hotel, there was an ice cream cart and a cart selling snacks until late at night. I was alone, but the trees in the small park-like space in front of the hotel were lit up and it was always bright, so it didn't seem dangerous to hang around after 1:00. The road was difficult to cross because of the high traffic fees. There didn't seem to be any convenience stores nearby. There was a cafe. There were also a lot of stray dogs. It was displayed as a 16-minute walk to the Taj Mahal, but it was almost 40 degrees that day, so Uber was safe. You can also leave your luggage for free after checking out. The person at the tour desk was a little cold, but he didn't seem to be a hotel employee. The male staff and especially the doormen were very kind. They gave me water after I checked out, and when I had trouble with Uber, many staff members came and called me and helped me kindly. If I come to Agra again, I would definitely like to stay here. This price is really a good deal for this quality!

Stayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive. Room was spacious , neat and clean. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm. Public facilities: The hotel has an English garden with swings and lounge chairs in the garden. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard. The environment is good. You can see monkeys in the hotel. Catering services: The hotel restaurant is located on the first floor and provides all-weather catering services. Breakfast is fine. After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended. The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.

The hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the nearby wordwide wonder monument Taj Mahal. The room are enough comfortable and clean, there are no superlative notes to remember but the acceptable standard for a short stay.
