Very disappointing, this is not a hotel at all! We booked a room for two nights and booked two different room types due to lack of room types. When booking, there was no information that this was not a hotel but consisted of B&Bs at different addresses, and it could not be canceled! As a result, when we dragged our large suitcases to the hotel address at night, we were temporarily told that the room we booked was in another block! You can only go there on foot! ! ! And when I arrived, I found that it was a very old building with no front desk, no help, and even the other party couldn't remotely open the building's access control! So infuriating! Moreover, when booking, it was shown that there is an elevator. When I arrived, I found out that it was a room on the first floor underground, and I had to carry a large suitcase up the stairs! Totally does not fit the description! ! ! Moreover, the shower in the room is really bad. The water from the shower head feels like pins and needles. It is impossible to take a shower. The staff did not help to solve the problem. It is so rubbish. It is the worst place I have ever stayed! ! ! And when we changed rooms the next day, the staff should charge us 20 euros for accommodation tax, but! She asked us to pay 120 euros during the operation! After we repeatedly pointed out the unreasonableness, they realized that they had made a mistake! ! Really bad experience!

You can say it's close to the Vatican City, but it's far to go to other tourist attractions, and the room is completely different from the picture. The bleach smell was so strong and the body wash and hand wash were all old and dirty, so I had to buy new ones to use. The room was facing a busy street, with a street lamp directly in front of the window. There are neither blackout curtains nor blinds. We slept very badly for 6 nights because of the light and noise from the street. An unpleasant experience, that the reality is different from the presentation of the BB 94Rooms Vatican on the Internet. Our complaint was handled very unprofessionally. If we ever return to Rome, definitely not to these apartments. The possibility of a late check-in and also the cleaning service were positive.

The location on Prati is good. Close to restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The communication and check-in was good. Great breakfast restaurants just outside the main door. But - there is a pub just across the street and therefore happy and noise people on the street until 5 in the morning. Secondly the sewage smell in the hallway is not nice. The sewage smell can not a new problem as there was several air fresheners in the hallway. One evening the smell was also in one of our rooms. So please fix the sewage smell and we will be back Stayed four nights, two adults and three teens.

Host is very kind and reply to all questions by telephone 24 hours , the place is clean and close to subway station . We have a good stay . Hope to come back in Italy soon . Our room was confortable and clean Loris

Received with great affection. We feel at home. Help and explanation to access the best restaurants. Very clean and spacious. The place has everything to live an unforgettable experience. Close to all the places you want to visit in Rome.
