Moreover, our beds and pillows typically receive compliments for their comfort, and we are surprised to hear your experience was different. We offer various types of pillows and mattress toppers at reception to cater to different preferences. Regarding the concern about windows that do not open, this is a safety measure due to the structure of our building. To ensure a peaceful stay, we have solid concrete walls to minimize noise; however, we apologize if you experienced disturbances. Furthermore, parking can be limited and we always suggest guests to reach out to our receptionists for alternative parking arrangements if necessary. While our hotel is located outside the city center, we believe our location is conveniently accessible by public transport, with a tram stop just around the corner providing a quick connection to downtown Antwerp.
