Good location, a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station. Walking distance to various attractions. Good front desk service. There are several good shopping stores nearby, such as Maxmara and several French brand stores.

The hotel is very beautiful. Valet parking is available when you check in. The surrounding area is very suitable for exercise and walking. The shopping mall is very close and you can get your tax refund form directly. The hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

Close to the station, convenient for travel. Breakfast is not very varied, but it's OK. The room is large and satisfactory.

I liked the fact that it was an aparthotel, the facilities were good in general. As for cleanliness, we found some hairs in the bathtub, but nothing too serious. The staff was good, friendly. The elevators were a bit slow. And it was difficult to find it because the GPS takes you to a roundabout and you don't see it, but in the end you find it. Parking costs €16

This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. It was my first visit to Annecy. We stayed here for 5 nights. There is an affordable public parking garage connected to the hotel. The hotel is within just a few minutes walk to the old-town of Annecy where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. And on certain days of the week, there is a massive farmers' market right behind the hotel, and it stretches all the way to the town center. Excellent cafes, and boulangeries are all within 2-3 minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay at this hotel again in our next trip to the area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and some have balconies. We got 2 rooms, one with a balcony, although they are the same price. The guests are quiet, even though it was pretty full when we stayed.

Very good hotel, especially with an oversized separate terrace where you can have a cup of coffee outside. The room is small, there is no extra bed, there is a parking lot downstairs, breakfast is charged, not bought. There is a kitchen where you can cook for yourself.
