The rooms are great, the service is great, and parking is free at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, just 0 steps away from Lake Annecy! The hotel has a first-class environment and a royal feel!

The hotel is not in the old town of Annecy, in the other direction of the bus station, more biased. However, it’s not bad to stroll along the river from the back of the hotel. At check-in, the front desk will be a great place to introduce the famous sights of Annecy and provide a variety of promotional brochures. The early mail greeted the hotel and reserved a room with a balcony. The room was small, but the balcony felt very spacious. The room facilities are too simple and not suitable for families. In addition, the quality of the hotel's breakfast is too general, not delicious, the child is considered to be the worst of all hotels in Europe. However, this American hotel chain can be understood.

Very good hotel, especially with an oversized separate terrace where you can have a cup of coffee outside. The room is small, there is no extra bed, there is a parking lot downstairs, breakfast is charged, not bought. There is a kitchen where you can cook for yourself.

Small clean hotel in central location. When I went to breakfast there was a huge crowd, no food and nowhere to sit. Eventually more food came and seating freed up. The hotel staff seemed unable to cope with the volume of people and did not attempt to manage it. Otherwise fine but this spoilt my stay somewhat.

The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the station, there is a temporary parking space at the door (only for in-house guests), the front desk is very welcoming, but the check-in time is relatively late. The room is super small, the door is the bed, and the suitcase can only be placed on both sides of the bed. It is very hygienic, and it is dry and wet. The breakfast is also good, but for the first time, I didn’t pay attention to the reminder and looked at the eggs that were cooked. As a result, I had to cook them myself, which was shameful~~

IIrinaIt was a lovely staying in this hotel. Just 5 min from train station and you can easily go to the old city and
to the lake. They have a small gym and sauna what was really great after cycling and hiking in Annecy. Rooms were clean and you have everything you need for comfortable staying (excluding tooth and toothpaste, but that’s okay)

VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!
