There is no trace of the old anemone, the bathroom was dirty with the hair of the previous guest, there were no slippers in the room, the towels were old and smelled bad, the refreshments were insufficient or not at all, the breakfast used to be very good, there were some mediocre things, we could not drink hot tea, when we asked something to the staff, we could not get an answer, think carefully before coming because the anemone is only on the signboard 😔

Location is within walking distance to everywhere. There is a parking lot. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is successful and delicious. Since the comments I read mentioned deficiencies such as towels, I wrote a request for completeness during the reservation. However, I encountered the same problem even though I checked in at 18:00. Later, when I went to the hotel, they said that the rooms were full and that they would give me a room without carpetflex. When I booked the room for accommodation online from you, there were items such as city view, but the room was at -1, there was a difference in elevation and it was directly facing the parking lot. Their behavior was that on the day I was going to check in, there was a CHP congress in Ankara, so all the hotels were almost full, so they showed an arrogant attitude. In short, I asked to cancel the reservation in terms of both room and service behavior. I also asked for a refund and they did not meet the conditions. They asked me to contact you, they sent you the cancellation of the reservation directly by e-mail that day, but the person named Caner stated that this refund is at their discretion. Unfortunately, they caused a lot of inconvenience, and I was left without a hotel on a day when Ankara was the most crowded, and unfortunately, I had to book another hotel on the last day, so I paid a high fee. I request a refund of this cancellation and will take legal action if necessary. Everything is fine, but I cannot tolerate disrespect and arrogance. The employees were very attentive and friendly, we definitely plan to stay here every time we visit Ankara from now on… The location is also in a great place and transportation is very easy, the food was also good.

***et güzel nezih bir otel. Odalarda önceki misafirlerin içtikleri sigara kokuları artık halıflekse yerleşmiş, bu tüm orta segment otellerin problemi sanıyorum, keşke çözülse. Biraz bu koku bizi rahatsız etti. Diğer odalarda içilen sigara kokuları da ara ara tuvaletten geliyor. Alerjik astım hastaları bu konuya dikkat edebilir.
