Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing. The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

This vacation experience was great! The Petrus Hotel is like a paradise hidden in nature, with green mountains and clear water outside the window, and it's refreshing to breathe. The service staff is very considerate and attentive, and the butler-style service is reassuring. It's very quiet at night and I sleep well! There is no need to worry about bringing children, and there are a lot of parent-child activities. The children don't want to leave. There are many types of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and the food is super satisfying. The hotel's architecture and decoration are full of details, and the photos are beyond the movie. Next time I go on vacation, I will choose this place again!

The environment is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery everywhere for taking photos, rich breakfast, and the hotel butler service is very good and responsive. The housekeeper team is considerate and can let me know in advance if you have any needs. It is the No. 1 hotel service among all the hotels I have stayed in. Everything is arranged properly. The all-day restaurant serves local dishes with unique flavors. The hotel also has a children's playground, a gym, and hiking trails around. Anji is a good place for Hangzhou people to vacation. I have stayed at Banyan Tree, Indigo, and the now-defunct Alila. This time, I chose the newly opened Petrus for Yao Liang's birthday. The hotel carefully arranged the birthday decoration in the room. It is very girly. The room is large and has a casual style by the window. The bar is free and there is goodnight sweet soup. There is a super large book bar in the public area, and there is a sky lantern release activity at night, which is very special. The restaurant has a lot of wine. The lobby is the best place to take photos and check in. The open doors make the photographer feel like he is in the mountains and rivers. I love the incense in the bathroom, but it's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a gift shop.
