Okura Hotels in Amsterdam

view of the hotel room is awesome, overlooking Amsterdam, we could even sun rising from the city centre on sunny days. Room is very spacious and comfortable. A bit off the core tourism attractions but the neighbourhood is beautiful. Just a bit surprised that the services was not so 5-star. No cutlery in the room, amenities are maintained at a minimum level, there’s even no complimentary water, they just say the Amsterdam tap water is good enough to drink. I booked it for my birthday trip, no one spotted this nor sent over a greeting, that’s rare for Japanese brand which is known for its attentiveness
