I can’t speak highly enough about this place. If there wasn’t places to see in Amsterdam you could easily have a holiday just chilling and getting immersed in the dreamy groovy atmosphere of the hotel lobby. Bed is super comfortable and you won’t be in a hurry to leave the shower. My favourite hotel chain by far.

I like: - The facility is great with fun decorations - You can control everything in the room with an iPad - Very friendly staff, everyone I met - Walking distance from the Zuid station which is a short train ride from the airport I wish: - there is a large mirror in the room - I can increase the temperature to more than 24c Tips: - Tram 5 is almost in front of the hotel but it is not frequent. Check Google maps for the schedule before leaving especially in winter.

Wonderful stay here as always. Well located on the edge of the city centre, with tram station around the corner. Super clean, friendly staff. I personally really like the open-plan rooms… refreshing compared with the traditional layout. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is near the station which is super convenient. Staffs are friendly.

The room was clean and the location was perfect! The only thing I didn’t like was the design of the room. The toilet is with mosaic but the shower was transparent and was located in the middle of the room which is really weird. I knew about that before booking the hotel so it was fine, but would only visit again if I am coming as a couple.

The staff is great. The room is good but the iPad control doesn’t always work with some of the room tasks.

The hotel is located a short distance from the train station, but it is comfortable and safe to walk around. There is not much nearby, but it is close to the city by train or tram. The room is a little small but sufficient. It is a hard work in Xinghe. Checking in and out is easy and fast, the staff are warmly welcoming, and the beds are comfortable enough

The hotel is very close to the exhibition hall, just across the park. The breakfast is also good. It is also very convenient to order takeout. If you can walk to the museum in half an hour, you can just walk around.

The worst hotel experience in life, bar none! Because I have lived in the Schipol location of Citizen M in Amnesty, I think their service is very good. Although it is small, the design is very simple and clean. This time I went to Eminem again and chose the location of Zuid/South/South. First of all, I didn't expect the hotel to be so dirty, the curtains had red stains (it looked like blood stains), the toys on the bed were obviously dirty and dusty, the hair dryer was so dirty that it couldn't be used at all, it looked like it had been cleaned 3 years ago, In the end, I could only sleep with my hair wet at night. But this is just a small matter. Because my skin and eyes are sensitive, I don't like the room service to touch my towel or makeup brush, so I put a sign of Do not enter at the door. When I came back at night, I found that the room service had come and cleared everything on my table, including the things I needed. Worst of all, the cleaners stained my new clothes and now have a big grease stain. And the suqqu blush I just bought has obvious traces of being dropped, and then I put the makeup brushes separately on the table! ! What's even worse is that their manager's attitude is extremely bad. When I questioned them, their manager actually said that you asked our waiter for room service in the morning, so we came in. When I explained that I didn't mention this request many times, she said that you don't have any evidence to prove that you didn't mention it, and there is no evidence to prove that your things have been cleaned, so the hotel is not responsible. The implication is that as long as the guest has no evidence for what happens in the hotel room, the hotel will not be held responsible. The manager not only showed no intention of apologizing, but also confronted me, and said that if you want to complain to the headquarters, you can complain. Their room service is incredible! Never seen dirtier. The pajamas I had put on the bed were put on the chair along with my bags and sundries on the floor. My makeup brushes on the little table are covered in dust. The last night, I was hand washing pajamas, towels, makeup brushes, and blow drying, without much rest. That’s not all, there is something even more disturbing — on the day of checkout, at 8:30 in the morning, while I was still lying in bed, I received a checkout email. Immediately someone came straight into my room to clean it without knocking. The reason why the previous thing happened is because the accounts of other customers got mixed up with mine. When I think about it carefully, it's hard to imagine that other guests could enter my room without any privacy or security. After repeated communication with their manager, they offered to compensate one night's room fee, but this room fee can only cover my damaged clothes and cosmetics. So we are still in further communication with the higher-level person in charge of citizen M.
