Always a pleasure staying at Marriott here in Amsterdam. This is my 10th. Is it in half as many years and it still upholds to the ethos to today. Excellent hotel with large spacious and tidy rooms. The staff are great and always happy and smiling and eager to assist to make stay memorable. Highly recommended for families and kids and friends as well as business trips. A +++++++

Bell boy service is good , but receptionist is not good, No smile , no greeting , seem like i owe them money , Phone call from room to operation line few time no pick up or pick up late . Housekeeping delivery amenities very slow . And wonder why The room key Card is plain white color no any other word or hotel info

Very good hotel, near to all the facilitys and centre. Tram station is infront of Hotel itself.

Hotel is nice as expected from Marriott Hotel. Location also nice near shopping area and tram station. Overall nice stay.

The location is convenient right in front of holland casino. The double king bed room is spacious for 3 adults.

Absolutely great Hotel by all means!

Booking through the app was smooth and easy. Hotel location is great with tram stops and main shopping areas nearby. Family room is spacious and comfortable. Would have been more perfect if booking is eligible for Bon Voy points.

The room is clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly

The location is really great. Moco Museum, Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam are all within a 15-minute walk. There is a hard rock cafe diagonally opposite, and there is a super market and a lot of restaurants just 5 minutes' walk directly in front. There is also a tram stop. Tram No. 2 and Tram 12 are the routes you will definitely take.

Good day... I want to warn all Marriott hotel lovers about the hotel of this amazing chain in Amsterdam... This is the WORST hotel of the chain of all that I have been to around the world... by the way, a couple of days before Amsterdam, I lived in Marriott in Cologne and it was amazing and the team and service - everything was as always at the level... 1. Terrible dirt (photo attached), dust under the beds, clouds of dust in the doorways and a very difficult quest to catch the cleaning, since it was not possible to get through to them 2. The children accidentally spilled juice on the sheet, I went and asked for a new blanket... for 2 hours they did not bring it, after I got tired again, an extremely dissatisfied guy came and literally threw a stinking blanket at me, absolutely silently and clearly with a psycho (photo also attached) in their opinion, the child should have covered himself with it 3. I forgot the key in the room and asked at the reception to give duplicate, to which, again, with some obvious psycho, they demanded documents (I clarified that they were in the room), I gave my last name and room number, I was made to wait 30 minutes before a fat and unkempt bouncer came from lunch and only with him I was able to go up to the room, he opened it for me and stood and listened near the door for about 10 minutes 😅😅😅 whether I went to my room or not In general, friends, Amsterdam is incredibly cool and atmospheric!!! My advice - do not ruin your vacation with this terrible hotel with rude and incompetent staff ((; P.S. By the way, this is the first hotel in the chain where there was not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room, and for the one that was, they charged almost 9 💶 euros

Take bus 397 and arrive in front of the hotel. There are supermarkets, supermarkets, shopping streets, canals, and parks nearby. The location is excellent, the gym facilities are rich, and the breakfast content and services are excellent.

This hotel is in a great location and is very close to everything. The reception staff are also very friendly. I thought I would not be able to check in at 6 o'clock in the morning. But unexpectedly, I checked in directly and was given a high-rise room. Highly recommended!
