The hotel is right at the waterside and a new athletics park. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is very nice although the restaurant is missing some character. For a 3 star hotel there is plenty of amenities. Also good parking right in front of the hotel. Visitors are mostly elderly Japanese, few tourists from abroad. At the breakfast start, which is 06:30, the buffet was pretty overwhelmed and a bit understaffed. Maybe the buffet should be more spreads over the room. I would def recommend the hot. Yes

They said they had a room available so they upgraded me to a larger room. The bath was great and the breakfast was fantastic. I'd like to use this hotel again when I go to Amami.

In a good sense, it's a normal hotel. It's new, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff are humble and friendly. Also, as it's new, security is perfect, and you can enter the large public bath and the women's only laundry room by entering a PIN number. (Some people may find this troublesome...) The only thing that bothered me was that even though there is a PIN number security, the door to the women's only laundry room is left open, which is pointless...? Apparently, when there are a lot of users, the heat builds up and the door has to be left open. Since there is security that we can use with confidence, it would be perfect if they could improve that area.

As for cleanliness, the hotel is still new, so the room was very clean. One thing that bothered me was, was it a mistake by the cleaning staff? There were tea bags on the shelf in the room, but there was one tea bag on the shelf above it, which was neatly propped up. Are there two per room...? The location is a bit of a walk from Yanigawa (about an 8-minute walk), but it might be good for multiple people! The location is not complicated, so you can find it easily. However, since it is outside the downtown area, there is nothing around...just another hotel or a ******** parlor! It is a bit dark, so it might be a bit scary for a woman to walk there alone. There is no convenience store nearby, so be careful! The necessary facilities and amenities are available. There were separate pajamas for top and bottom. The bath was a type without a bathtub. In terms of service, I had booked a single non-smoking room, but they upgraded me to a double room because there was a vacancy ^ ^

It was very clean! It was nice that I could do laundry. I'll use it again!

It was newly built and very clean. I was happy that it had a sauna.

It was clean and I had a comfortable stay. However, check-in was at 6pm, so I wonder why there was a waiting time for cleaning. It was only about 5 minutes, but if there is a problem with the system, I hope they improve it.

丁寧に接客してくださりました。 部屋も丁寧に清掃されてました。 大浴場の営業時間は少し短い気がしましたが、ホテルの都合もあると思いますので仕方ないと思います。

新しいホテルでとても快適でした。朝食もかなり種類があり良かったです。最上階の展望台浴場も景色がよく気持ちよく過ごせました。

部屋がとても清潔で大浴場もあり景色もよく素晴らしかった。 朝食も美味しかったです。 また泊まりたいです😊

酒店很新 房間乾淨。該酒店在奄美大島整個島也是算很好的。十樓設有泡澡 和桑拿室。女生泡澡洗護用品是pola，護膚品是雪肌精。總體來説非常很推薦。

ホテルは新しく、シングル素泊まりでしたが部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 10階の大浴場もサウナ付きで景色もよく、個人的に香りが良かったです。 居酒屋などのお店からも近く、奄美大島行くならまた利用したいと思いました。

日本現在就剩這種很偏遠的酒店能達到十幾年前的服務水準了，必須給五星好評，早餐也豐富，奄美大島就住他肯定沒錯

離島としては最高に求めていた機能性とクオリティです。 部屋の空調だけ、土地柄か湿気が抜けきらない感じはありましたがとても満足できたのでまた利用したいです。
