Nice place

During my recent stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The location was perfect, providing easy access to popular spots while maintaining a peaceful and quiet ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a diverse selection of both local and international cuisine, all fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for quality and convenience.

The hotel is nice. There's a sauna and swimming pool and a breakfast buffet. It is quite near the airport so you will occasionally hear planes passing by. It's also a little far from the city center but can be walked. Baum Grove is also just nearby if you want to see some nature.

I attempted an early check-in due to my flight schedule, but the reception was uncooperative and refused to acknowledge my mobile booking. I was asked to leave at 3 am and, despite canceling as advised, received no refund the following day. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Good place and ambiance

I made the reservation just before the day of my stay. It was a very spacious 50m2 room. It was listed as a suite, but it was more like a large room with one king-size bed and a sofa bed. There is no elevator. The clientele is mostly Russian men, probably because it is reasonably priced. At night, there was no hot water from the shower, and the central heating panel was cold. In the morning, both the hot water and the heater were working properly. Don't expect much from the breakfast. The area around the hotel is a residential and commercial area on the outskirts of Almaty. It is 1500-3000 tenge from Almaty Airport via Yandex. I did not use the sauna or gym, so no rating. The front desk staff spoke English.

The room is big and spacious, but it is far from the city center. It costs about 20.00CNY to take a taxi to Mega Park and other places. The breakfast is not very good, basically sausages and other things, which is not acceptable. The surrounding restaurants are very cheap.

Soviet type hotel. The furniture is shabby, with cracks and chips from Soviet times. There was little pressure in the shower, then the water ran out. There was no water for about 5 minutes, apparently the boiler did not heat up. In general, I don't recommend it. The walls were covered with tape instead of painting.

The staff is very friendly, while we were there there was an accident and the internet went out, but the girls at the reception helped us, thank you very much!😊

The room is average, the front desk staff has a good attitude

This hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Almaty. The advantage is that it is very quiet, the room is quite large, and the breakfast is not very varied but has everything you need. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby 200m away, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you need to carry it upstairs yourself.

The Wi-Fi is very bad. I live in a room on the third floor. It is basically unusable. I can only use WeChat, video calls, and voice calls. The water temperature is also unstable. The room is large and the bed is OK, but the air conditioning is very bad and noisy. From time to time, there is a squeezing sound made by the friction of plastic shells. There are supermarkets and Georgian restaurants nearby, which are not bad. It is also convenient to take a taxi. The breakfast is also average. The hotel does not have fresh coffee. The mineral water provided says that people can only have one bottle. It is always difficult to ask for another bottle. It is mainly for business trips. I will not stay in this hotel next time.

The things in the bathroom were very simple, I was worried that I might accidentally break them. Don't be too different from the domestic ones. After living there for a few days and getting used to it, it was fine. The breakfast tasted good and there were many choices. For my Chinese stomach, it was still a bit uncomfortable. Because it is located in the suburbs, it is really quiet. It is very comfortable to get up in the morning and move around in the small courtyard outside. Overall, I feel that this hotel is okay. After all, the prices of hotels in Almaty are relatively high, and this one is considered cheap.

Its price is a maximum of $30, but not $40, much less $50. There is no sports equipment at all except barbells and weights. There is no window in the room, it's stuffy. The spa is constantly turned off, so the little one can’t even swim. Breakfast for 2+, no hot dishes. Only porridge. The rest is all flour sausages, cheeses, etc. The rooms are average, there is a musty smell.
