Near to airport, far from town, good for transit traveller

During my recent stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The location was perfect, providing easy access to popular spots while maintaining a peaceful and quiet ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a diverse selection of both local and international cuisine, all fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for quality and convenience.

The hotel is nice. There's a sauna and swimming pool and a breakfast buffet. It is quite near the airport so you will occasionally hear planes passing by. It's also a little far from the city center but can be walked. Baum Grove is also just nearby if you want to see some nature.

I attempted an early check-in due to my flight schedule, but the reception was uncooperative and refused to acknowledge my mobile booking. I was asked to leave at 3 am and, despite canceling as advised, received no refund the following day. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Good place and ambiance

Very convenient, there are supermarkets and fast food restaurants near the hotel, and it's also quick to take a taxi to the airport

I liked everything, the breakfast is good - buffet, you won't go hungry. The water in the pool is very cold, the room is spacious, everything you need is in the room.

This hotel has an OK environment. The network signal is not good, there is nothing to eat for breakfast, there is no elevator, it is a bit far from the city, but close to the airport, and there is a good barbecue nearby.

Nice hotel for its price. It is located in the lower part of Almaty, it is too far to the center to walk. And there is nowhere to go in the evening. The hotel has a bar, you can have a snack, an area with flowers where you can sit and talk. I had a spacious room and a great mattress! 😁 Of the minuses, I can say only one thing - at breakfast both porridges were cold, there were fried drumsticks and wings - also cold (there was no heating), there was not enough bitterness for breakfast.

The hotel is located in a remote area, and it is not very convenient to eat. It is recommended to stay at the Rui Enni Hotel in the city, which is convenient for eating and playing.

I made the reservation just before the day of my stay. It was a very spacious 50m2 room. It was listed as a suite, but it was more like a large room with one king-size bed and a sofa bed. There is no elevator. The clientele is mostly Russian men, probably because it is reasonably priced. At night, there was no hot water from the shower, and the central heating panel was cold. In the morning, both the hot water and the heater were working properly. Don't expect much from the breakfast. The area around the hotel is a residential and commercial area on the outskirts of Almaty. It is 1500-3000 tenge from Almaty Airport via Yandex. I did not use the sauna or gym, so no rating. The front desk staff spoke English.
