This is an amazing hotel, the food is excellent, location is spot on. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that the beds are too hard.
Great views from the restaurant area. We have been back twice now and will definitely come again

Gonna be honest as I can but with the hotel was clean and kept nice staff was really helpful and friendly would go above and beyond to help kadir was the best by far he was always around morning noon and night and would help what ever the time or issue as for the all inclusive that’s where the problems lie they would let u have gin vodka beer red and white wine and was only allowed 1 drink at a time the bar downstairs wasn’t all inclusive so u had to pay for drinks the pool was quite small just a bit bigger than a bath and there was only 8 sun loungers and was always full the food was nice but mainly salads there was fresh fish and meat cooked for dinner and there was no snack bar so set meals only breakfast was simple and cereals was stale

I want to be as fair and honest as possible with this review so u can decide if it's right for you, the best thing about this hotel was the staff they're so lovely including the cleaning staff, they can not do enough and will go above and beyond, the bosses son will try persuade u to go to his shop and he will give u the best price for any inconvenience you may have had to deal with in the hotel. (Just another selling tactic) But that aside the staff, especially kadir are 5 star. The hotel including the rooms where clean and maintained and it's local to everything, markets, shops, beach, Macdonalds and Burger King (which u will probably need if you're here all inclusive), speaking of which you get breakfast lunch and dinner if you are late then you can make do with what is left, if you want the "free" wifi then you need to go downstairs to the bar where u have to pay for your drinks in an all inclusive hotel but if you want your all inclusive drinks you have already paid for then you have to pay £3 a day for the "free" wifi, food is very very limited, the meat that was served fresh was lovely but you only had the choice of 1 meat and the rest of the "buffet" was very questionable, desert was either fruit or the choice of 2 very sweet sponge cakes, but the guy in the shop across from the hotel made us cheese and onion Toasties for free offered us tea and everything, lovely man. The pool is no bigger than a bath tub 🤣 and you can't splash coz it will make the steps wet, there are only 8 sunbeds and even when asked if they could open up a section next to the bar/pool so we can get the sun and sit with our drink we where told no. Drinks where limited to beer, vodka, gin or wine with the choice of cheap coke and sprite. So if you want a clean hotel and plan on eating and drinking elsewhere and don't want to use the sunbeds or pool then this would be the perfect hotel however if you are coming with kids and want to spend a day at the hotel or sunbathe and don't want to spend money on food and drinks then this hotel is definitely not for you. Cocktails are £8 each as well as beers etc too

where do i start arrived at hotel 6 of us given 2 rooms different floors thats ok went to bar as we were all in to find out that only Gin Vodka Beer and Red and White Wine were on the all in asked was there any snacks for us to have to be told we dont do snacks.Every morning there was no hot water to have a shower complained at least 4 times to be told were sorting it but for the whole week we were there not hot water till at least after midday.Food was not good no toaster in the hotel no butter at all for the dry bread they provide soup on at breakfast everyday and one day we even had mash for breakfast and roast potatoes.Lunch was not much better but the evening meal there was always something edible to eat.Staff are the only good thing about this hotel as they will help you as much as they can besides putting the hot water on,Towels in your room have to be used for 3 days until you get new ones same with the bedding and if you need to use the aircon its 3 euros a day and the same with wifi thats 3 euros a day total rip off i have been to 3 star hotels in turkey and they have much more than whats provided at this hotel and the excuse every time i complained was we are only a 3 star hotel.Swimminf pool was not available for 2 off the days we were there as there was a cleaning problem and the hotel only has 8 sunbeds so you have to be up very early if you want a bed.The drinks they serve are not very good as the coke and lemonade they use are from bottles and off the very cheapest quality no coca cola or sprite and for the last 3 days they had no coke zero so had to buy my own and use in the hotel,so all in all i would not recommend this hotel to anyone going there as the quality of everything at the hotel is the cheapest they can find and the excuse if we are only a 3 star so avoid.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ergun Hotel and can’t speak highly enough of the staff—especially Dennis, who was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive, even when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome right from the start. All the staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy chatting with guests, which added a warm, personal touch to our stay. You couldn’t ask for a more central spot—just steps from Alanya’s main high street, markets, cafes, and nightlife, with the harbor and beaches a 5–10-minute walk away. This hotel is ideal for guests who enjoy being in the thick of things. We would highly recommend a walk to the castle and explore the grounds. These are ticketed but the cost is 100tl per person which converts to £1.80. The buffet-style meals were tasty with a good variety. Breakfast included both continental and cooked options, perfect for different preferences. Lunch and dinner were served as three-course meals and often included freshly grilled meats from the BBQ, which were a highlight for us. All-inclusive drinks were available until 10pm, which was fair, and while cocktails weren’t included, there were two-for-one deals on offer—and they were much cheaper than what you'd expect to pay in the UK. One of the highlights of the hotel is its fifth-floor rooftop area, where the restaurant, pool, and bar are all located. There’s a lift to each floor, and the views from the top are beautiful, especially in the evenings. The Ergun Hotel is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a friendly and affordable stay in Alanya. We’d happily return! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Spotlessly clean hotel, every member of staff friendly and helpful. Small pool but always managed to get a sunbed. Kadir is fantastic he does every job imaginable and the bar manager too goes above and beyond. It really is a lovely little hotel right in the centre of everything but not noisy hidden away on a side street. I think the food has a good choice daily, always something for everything. All inclusive only until 10pm but that didnt bother us. I would certainly return

We arrived at hotel very clean. And staff more then willing to help and make our stay welcome. We had a meeting with ahmet tevfik which was about the excursions, we got plenty booked. Ahmet was willing to go the extra mile to help out with some issues we had. Overall very pleasant and very helpful.

My family and I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff are absolutely tremendous and work hard keeping customers happy. The food and drinks are lovely but do bear in mind if your fussy - the food is targeted to a more standard European diet so don't expect your English favourite foods here. Beautiful views from the roof terrace where foods and drinks served. The rooms are clean and nice, cleaners also work hard too. Reception are above and beyond helpful. Can not fault this quaint, well run hotel. I'd stay here again. Very centrally based, shops bars restaurants very close but far enough to get to be able to some sleep. Do visit (both about 10mins away and in opposite directions) Cleopatra beach and in the opposite direction from hotel, the castle ruins. Definitely 💯 Instagram perfect pics. Beautiful place. You should go and make your up your own mind

Lovely little hotel with the most incredible staff! We just got home from the hotel and honestly already looking to book again it’s very close to everything so easy to get around alanya lots of lovely food and drinks! The only thing I didn’t love was that the pool was cold but other than that I had the best time I think the staff really are amazing and did make our holiday the best!

Food is atrocious. Poor selection of mainly rice and chicken daily. Some days chicken totally inedible. Cold untasty chips. Had diarrhoea so ate out most of the time. Breakfast boiled eggs and potato wedges? Variety of salads but I'm not a salad person. Rice seemed to be used twice once for dinner and reheated for evening meal?. Tried to charge my wife thirty euros for towel she used to dry hair. The color came out slightly. We rinsed easily in the sink and color gone so wasn't charged but heard about others who were. Told not to dry hair or buy a towel? Charges five euros for a plate of cheese cucumber and boiled egg on late check in. Nothing was open and we were hungry Staff fine but I've been to many hotels of similar price and never had food so bad

Good location in Alanya but very very noisy both in hotel, hard marble communal stairs and corridors, and on street with revving cars bikes and loud shouting by people coming back from clubs throughout the night. Be aware, being close to a mosque does have a loud speaker calling at 06:25am every morning. Despite me emailing hotel ahead of time to ask for a quiet room, to no avail. Satisfactory food for 3* and what you’re paying for. Good professional staff, mostly, but bar staff seem to ‘have to’ under pour a 125ml wine under bar manager; white wine ran out for 5 days, so had to have red. After complaints from guests , lack of hot water for showers was rectified. Beds very uncomfortable and we received a twin and not a double. Very good roof top view Promised food/lunch box for trip back to airport but staff on reception said the ones sitting there weren’t ours despite us ordering it as advised by 7pm the evening before. Staff on reception appeared not to engage or care. Wi-Fi was very poor and only free in lobby that has 16 seats . Took 30mins to load at times; cutting in and out, Awful. Unheated pool is small plunge pool so misleading, and 6/8 Sun loungers on tiny upper deck poor. Never used any of it. A good base but not overall going any extra mile to try to make your stay the best possible. We didn’t get involved with other guests who complained amongst each other. Not bad but could try harder.
Response from Property: Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you liked the location and the rooftop view. We apologize for the noise issues and the discomfort you experienced. Your comments about the staff, food, and facilities will be taken into consideration for improvements. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Ergün Hotel
