Beutifull location right on beach front nice food really only older people in there pools nice and clean room big enough hard to park

What a great holiday in Hotel Riviera Spa. Great and friendly staff, good food, good drinks etc. We had a superbe holiday. Rooms very clean and awesome. Pool area was nice. Absolutely fantastic. And yes, hamam was great too. Expecially staff was great. We will visit this hotel again! Greetings from Sister and his Brother

We spent wonderfull week in Hotel Riviera. (Two adults and two teenager girls) Good things: * Location was Great! You can walk easily everywhere * close to Beach and shops (Ataturk street) * Great food, Even teenagers like it! * very clean * good Pools and enough sunbeds * Super room in c block! Our balcony was 60m2 big and we have wiews for three directions! (Corner room in 5th floor) * nice people working there *close to nice park *gym (Even it was pretty small) Not so good things: - noisy restaurant - People booked sunbeds before Hand

Stayed here 25 - 27/02 -25 Perfect accommodation for those who want to live near the sea for a week or two when the heat returns. Also suitable as a transit hotel for 1 - 2 nights during the off-season. Prons: Well-cleaned rooms. Cozy little room with a couch and balcony. Close to the sea. Pools. Close to shopping street with many restaurants. Cons: Breakfast not worth the money.

We were accommodated in this hotel because the hotel where we were originally supposed to be was not opened. During the first 3 days of our stay we were very satisfied, tasty food and good location. However, on the 4th we went on a trip and we were not at the hotel from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. When we arrived in our room, we found the door wide open. We guessed that the cleaner did not close the door behind him. We went to report this fact to the reception, and an employee named Hussey ignored our problem. After two calls, he said that it was the cleaner who didn't close the door and that we can talk to her tomorrow. What would it give us? We wanted to know if someone else came into our room because our private belongings were there. He said he could show us the camera footage and that's what we asked to see if anyone other than the hotel staff was in our room. With so many things and nerves, it is easy to forget how many pairs of earrings were taken or what cosmetics were taken exactly. The gentleman from the reception say that he can show us a recording from the cameras, which he allegedly checked himself and no one is there. After approaching the computer, it turned out that he didn't even show us our floor but some other (we are on the top floor and there are no stairs up, and the recording clearly showed a different floor). When I pointed it out to him, he said he was wrong and casually found our floor. The recording didn't work, it couldn't show previous hours so the receptionist is a liar. The receptionist did nothing to resolve the matter amicably, he said that we can come tomorrow and talk to the consultant who deals with the guest service, because he will not talk to us. We have been in several hotels and we have never encountered such a situation, let alone arrogance on the part of the service employee. Im very dissapointed of the recepcionist behaviour more than that cleaner left door wide open. It would not suprise me if it was 2* hotel but in 4* hotel guests should be treat more politely…

What a great hotel and spa. We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around. You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools. The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms.

This is a perfect hotel . The most perfect place to go on vacation . Nice location near the City and Beach on the other side 100% service in all of the hotel . Beautiful place .Nice food and cakes.. Cleaned rooms . Posiv energi . I will always come back.

This is honestly the best located hotel in alanya, especially for a relaxed stay where everything is of a short walking distance. Sultan beach is right infront of the hotel, very clean and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, tour guides , clothes shops and food supermarkets are all on a straight path. The hotel food was amazing, hats off to the chef, its rare to find a hotel that does different foods every day and for it to fresh and flavourful too. The rooms were immaculate, they were cleaned pretty much every day. The atmosphere of this hotel was the best part, no loud music, everyone minds their own business and overall relaxed setting. I would come back in a heartbeat. The hotel deserves 5 stars not 4.

Lovely hotel - We arrived around 1am and the hotel had bread roll with option of cheese, jam or butter with fruit which was so nice and thoughtful after travelling all day from Scotland - There’s two separate buildings/blocks for the rooms we are in Block C which is quiet and our room has plenty of space with double bed and sofa bed along with balcony (view is out onto the street) - Airconditioning and safe comes with the room, we didn’t have to pay extra our cases and bags were taken to our room on arrival and we were shown how to work everything which was really nice - Staff are approachable and friendly, always smiling and you can see that they all get along with each other and work together - Hotel is spotless and very clean, the buffet for mealtimes is small but there is always plenty of choice with things suitable for children and fussy eaters, the snack bar is always filled with fresh fruit, hot food, ice creams, chocolate fountain etc such a variety of choice that changes everyday. I have no complaints about anything at this hotel and recommend you book here

I am writing on behalf of many of your your Hotel guests who are very upset of the animal cruelty witnessed at your hotel. If you were not aware already you had a cat with kittens living between buildings B and C next to the security guard station. Suddenly the mother cat and some of the kittens were taken away however 3 kittens were missed. Your senior security Porter was clearly concerned about the situation and in the end approx 4-5 wks ago someone put the remaining kittens inside a plastic box. Although the box had some holes in it, a secure lid was placed on top. At this time the outdoor temperatures were close to 50c and having kittens in a plastic box with a lid on for 3 days is clear torturing animals and clear cruelty. We heard the kittens from the balcony and it was torture not only for me but other guests having to hear animals being tortured this way. I asked the senior porter the following morning if the kittens had been killed and he claimed they were taken to animal refuge house. All of us have sincere doubts about this. We, as your guests feel strongly you should know how this incident has influenced us and tarnished your hotel reputation. Same as humans, animals have the right to live without cruelty and this incident has sadly ruined our stay.

All inclusive hotel 🤣 ?????? If you want jeu de oranje in the breakfast you have to pay if you want to go to the beach you have to pay if u want ice cream after 17 u have to pay drink after 23 u have to pay. So what kind of all inclusive is that ??? No entertainment We will never go ther again.

The hotel with the best location on Cleopatra beach. Excellent location by park and beach walk. Service, food and welcome in top class. Close to most things, walking distance to the center with a lot of shops and parks on the way. Just a minute down to the beach and the water through the most beautiful park in Alanya. Highly recommend this nice hotel.
