I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support I have received regarding my booking. I made a small mistake in the dates, and despite my efforts to seek assistance, no one has been willing to help me modify the reservation. I had expected better customer service from a hotel of your reputation, but this experience has left me frustrated. If this matter is not addressed, I will have no choice but to leave a negative review reflecting my dissatisfaction. I kindly urge you to reconsider your stance and assist me in resolving this issue. I hope to hear from you soon with a positive resolution.

The hotel is incredible staff was very helping special thanks to buggy man who always use to pick-up and drop us in a busy time.

A nice hotel by the seaside. Wonderful service by all staff. Good location. The beach is just a few steps away and it is fill with restaurants a d there is an old souq nearby as well.

Bad service

I had a wonderful vacation, the room was so unique and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I could really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an incredible experience while traveling or just wants to get away for a bit. Souq Al Wakra Hotel has definitely left an impression on me that I won't forget anytime soon. Tip: it’s nice booking here if it’s your bday or anniversary they’ll prepare a surprise for you. In conclusion, I’ll definitely will come back. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay extra special.

A hotel that exceeded expectations very much! 1. Transportation: We took the subway from downtown Doha to AL Wakara Station, 2 riyals. Because we had a subway card, we got off the subway and took the free bus M127 (with Metrolink on the body) at the subway station. It took 10 minutes to get to Al Wakara Musum Station, and walked through the characteristic traditional market to the hotel 2. The hotel is completely furnished 💯, I think it is no worse than the Aman I stayed in Morocco 3. Scenery: The beach is right outside the door, so beautiful! 4. The most special thing is: The hotel breakfast restaurant is very finedining, more exquisite and fresh than the expensive hotels in downtown Doha! We also had dinner at this restaurant, and I recommend the lamb chops! I will come again next time!

The hotel is a small Arabian fairy tale. Everything was perfect here: the excellent decoration of the hall, the designer decoration of all the rooms, the rooms are no exception. Everything is modern, the lighting in the entire room is controlled by a remote control at the front door. The room has its own coffee machine, among other things. The interior is nice and cozy. The pool and sun loungers are always clean, each sun lounger immediately changes a towel after each vacationer. The staff offers napkins for cleaning sunglasses, water and skewers with fruit. There is also a large selection of board games, if you get bored :) The staff is all very nice, kind and responsive. Despite the distance of the hotel from Doha, its location right on the shore and at the beginning of the embankment makes this place very attractive.

We made a stopover in Qatar for a business trip, we wanted a hotel to rest and spend quiet moments and this hotel has provided it to us. The service is top, we loved everything, the food, service, attention, facilities. Come back

The worst hotel of the three I stayed in Doha, located in some kind of Getovsky district, it's scary to even leave the hotel! I took the largest room, it's still small in size, the first floor is visible, you have to close the windows, I signed up for a hamam, came and it was closed, they started running around looking for the key, waited for half an hour, and in the end I didn't get in, they came up with excuses that they couldn't find the key, then that they needed to clean there, etc. Disgusting service, I don't recommend this hotel for that kind of money
