Booked this hotel as it is near to the work location. The breakfast is ok, a variety of food, but most the same everyday.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.

Staff

The sea view room is very good. It faces the sea and the flowers are blooming in spring. The sea breeze is very strong. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. You can drink in the restaurant, and there is a special smoking area, which is very friendly to smokers.

while the experience was generally okay, I do think the hotel is in need of some renovations to meet the high standards typically associated with the InterContinental brand. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which was a plus. I had plenty of space to relax, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the hotel’s amenities could definitely use some updating. The gym, spa, and pool areas, while functional, felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh to match the quality expected from a luxury hotel. These facilities didn’t have the modern feel I was hoping for and left something to be desired. As for dining, the food options were limited, with little variety. I expected a broader selection, especially given the hotel’s reputation. While the food that was available was decent, it lacked the diversity and flair that you’d typically expect from a high-end hotel.

We chose this hotel as a family weekend getaway and were very pleased. After a 4-hour drive, we were in our room within minutes even though it was not yet check-in time. The hotel was above my expectations. It is a good facility built on a huge area, where you won't feel it even if it is at full capacity, with plenty of green areas and two separate beaches. It is not a new hotel but everything was very well-maintained and well-kept. The breakfast and meals were very good. The best thing about it all was the staff. I would especially like to thank the receptionist lady whose name I forgot to ask. We will definitely come again.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail I rate the experience as 10/10 for the following reasons: Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful wanted the guest to enjoy the best possible experience during one's stay. The team in the Al Diwan restaurant were exceptional, Friendly and gave great advice in addition to providing excellent service. The cuisine at the Lebanese restaurant was fantastic and I would certainly return on my next visit to the area. I would recommend a visit to the Al Diwan restaurant without hesitation. Very my bad experience, unqualified staff not up to serve holidays capacity. No seats on the beach, we had to wait 40 minutes to sit on the beach. Disconnected projector during football match as the staff shift is over, not caring about customers watching, very bad beverage, cold tea, terrible Turkish coffe. Not recommended at all

So bad experience...never Think to book again!Very disappointing for me and my family!Food very low quality and quantity. May 3 or 4 dishes! Not professional attitude at all! Limited open boufet!!! Even having a cack for my daughter birthday, they decline the request!!

I had a most fabulous stay. The hotel is a resort hotel set on large grounds in a quiet area of Al Jubail. I come on business and stay here each time I come. It is a hotel that ticks all the boxes. They have 2 private beaches plus a golf buggy to take you to the beach whenever you want. They have a gym and sauna and a swimming pool. It's a great hotel for both business and leisure. I got a nice welcome from the Front office Manager and a welcome drink so I knew I would be having a great stay. They serve a great Arabic coffee with dates. I enjoyed the Executive suite which was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The F&B manager was very helpful with regards to my special dietary requirements. The food variety at breakfast is amazing with great presentation and with very attentative staff. I wanted to use the jet skiis however there was an issue with the port licence. I hope it will be resolved for my visit next year as I really enjoyed the jetskiis when I came last year with my wife. The hotel is luxurious, but the best thing of the hotel is actually their staff. They genuinely want to please and ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay which I greatly appreciate. I have stayed at this property many times as a family getaways, we loved it as we have great memories but at the same time fed up of how careless about quality they became as time pass by. I was optimistic to know that the management has changed two years ago and then agin a few months back, but I think the property is in it's worst situation: - During the renovation, an authentic Mexican restaurant that had the touch, feel and taste has been demolished and replaced by a modern style to service Mexican cuisine. - The lobby restaurant was changed to a play area, tennis table, air hockey and many other games. This is all next to a cafe where visitors are supposed to come for coffee and newspaper. The lobby has no more furniture nor a soul. - The resort has a massive outdoor area but in a fluffy condition, full of huge cement boards and not utilized. (See photos) - The property is not sustainable and pays no attention to Environment and little guests safety, as the property’s own beach is full of plastic and many electrical cables and outlets are exposed. (See photos) The report close the beach to be only for women somedays! Imagine making a stay booking and coming with your family from afar and then you are being told "only your wife can access the beach today"! This also applies for male children they are not allowed to access the beach during women only beach days. Food from outside the beach canteen is not allowed, and what the canteen can offer is literally the most expensive and the lowest quality.

I found my peace in this place, So warm welcome of staff. If you want a very relaxing away from a everyday working life, this is the best place! Best place for privacy. Best place to relax. Best place to enjoy time with your loveones.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff, especially Jamshed. His customer service is outstanding. He is very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs. The kitchen opens at 6 am, and my shift started at 5 am, so I couldn’t eat breakfast. I had to be out of the hotel by 4:45 am. I requested takeaway breakfast. Although the hotel is not obligated to prepare a takeaway breakfast, Jamshed ensured my needs are met. In fact, I forgot to place my breakfast order once or twice. Jamshed followed up to verify if a breakfast is needed. Thank you, Jamshed, for your excellent service. You certainly made my experience extremely positive.
