GreenTree Inn Hotels in Aksu City

When I checked in, the front desk said they would upgrade my room, but comparing the photos of the rooms I had booked on the booking platform, I couldn't see any difference. Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.
