The hotel is 5 mints from ajmer station, not very crowded area, staff was nice and responsive. Rooms were clean and all the facilities were available. Auto available for durgah ( 5 mints drive. Overall a hassle free stay for me and my parents. Dargah zeeyarat was complementary in the stay.

I have stayed at The Chitvan Resort multiple times with my family (including our lab). They have huge spacious rooms, a well mentained pool, lawn, private parking and a restaurant which serves tasty food. I really appreciate the warm welcome and overall hospitality by the staff.. It’s sad to see that Taj is faking one of its properties as a heritage property. It’s not a heritage property to begin with , it’s just named after the owner or builder as PRATAP MAHAL. It’s very noisy ; u can literally hear what’s happening in the next room There’s no continuous hot water for which we had to repeatedly ask the staff ( who did actually everything in their capacity to help us but the fault was technical and kept on recurring) The food is ok ok , would not say that it’s bad but it’s not great either And above all it’s the first Taj property which is not actually a heritage property but posing to be one . It just has a cosmetic appearance of a heritage property but nothing more Yes definitely the entire staff is very very courteous and hospitable, be it Mr Shivam at the front desk or the manager Mr Rishabh or the staff at F&B Mr Satveer / Mr Bhanu . They were extremely helpful Rest everything is a big big disappointment Would never want to stay here

Hello, I did not book a hotel before going to Sarımsaklı. It was a pure coincidence that I chose the beach hotel. I'm glad my feet took me there. I felt at home. The room was clean and bright, facing the beach. The bed was quite comfortable. The food was very delicious. The cleanliness of the greenery is very important to me; It was spotless. The employees were warm, friendly and solution-oriented. Ms. Fatma, the manager of the hotel, helped us in every way. He was warm, sincere and smiling. If I go to Sarımsaklı next year, Sahil Hotel is the place I would want to stay without hesitation. I wish everyone a nice holiday where they will feel like they are at home.
