Loved my stay! Staff were super helpful and kind and a beautiful place to stay, great for what I paid

Good location, comfortable stay

The room was clean and tidy. It was a 10-minute walk from the city center, which was quite convenient. You could see the sea view. However, the hotel did not have an elevator and the soundproofing was average.

It's a 15-minute walk from the commercial center. It's an acceptable distance. If you have a lot of older children, would you mind staying closer? The building is a bit old and the interior is pretty good and clean. There is a small pool on the first floor. It is really small. Children can play in the water👌 There was a Chinese girl at the front desk who recommended a very good restaurant. The view from the balcony is quite nice. There is a big slope at the door. Pushing luggage up is a strenuous task. There is no elevator either, which makes carrying luggage extra laborious.

There is a male waiter at the front desk Don't know where you are from Really, firstly, he is rude, secondly, he has a bad attitude, and thirdly, he turns a deaf ear when he sees a girl who needs help carrying a box. The apartment is all on your own During this time, the lights were broken... I tried to look for someone but couldn't find anyone. Quite speechless

The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the pier, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk there. But it's a bit far from the city center. It's not convenient to go shopping and eat for ten minutes, but there is a Thai restaurant in the next building. The room was generally clean. very quiet. The scenery is also good. The proprietress is very nice and kind.

We arrived at about 2.00 pm but there was no one on reception but there was a sign with a contact number but for some reason I could not get my phone to work so we were unable to contact them. However we popped next door to the Sebel and the reception there phoned the number for us and the lovely Crystal came straight out to us, very apologetic but it was not her fault. We checked in and she then proceeded to carry one of our cases with ease up to the top floor which must have been tough as we were travelling for a month! The apartment was clean with very basic cooking facilities but the view from our balcony was amazing and my request for a high floor was duly provided. Parking is plentiful with spaces under cover. The apartments are a little bit out of the way from the main town but if you walk along the marina rather than the main road it is flat. There is a bit if a steep hill up to the apartments and there is no lift so be aware if you have mobility issues. All in all we had a great time and can highly recommend these apartments.

I only stayed for one night. The room was close to reception which I liked because of the amount of gear I had with me. The room was clean and spacious. And the view over the pool looking out to the coral sea was magic. Hotel a short walk to restaurants and cafes.

I really enjoyed my 9 night stay here recently. The balcony provided beautiful views, the self-contained apartment was clean and tidy and had everything I needed, including a washing machine and dryer. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to restaurants, the beach and shops. The bus is very close if you prefer not to walk. There is a steep hill to get up the driveway if you are without transport, but it was just part of my daily exercise routine. Not at all an issue for me but some may struggle if they don't have a car.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Trip adviser approved from 2013/15 on the door says it all. Called Scott the owner before we set off to confirm the room had been locked in for us. My son is 6 foot tall so needed 2 room 2 big beds he knew that and had previously told me it was locked into my booking with a note DO NOT MOVE - his words. On my booking confirmed - NOT REQUESTED. He said there's an issue as he hadn’t seen the note until that morning but all was fine. We arrived after 5 so key left for us, 2nd bedroom had 2 rock hard kids beds even I at 5 foot 7 had feet hanging off the end. Our booking stated 1 queen 1 double no way could my son fit in a single kids bed room, it was so small my son called it a prison cell. Dark no light. I called Scott he said they were full but you have a nice view. My son then had a work call so he tried to log on to WiFi no password. I called Scott again, he did not pick up, did not reply to text. I knocked on 3 doors to ask for a password, no book of information anywhere in the unit, no tv as stated as included, 2 towels, no toiletries. It said bath and combined shower no bath, no hairdryer and all beds rock hard. Son had to find another hotel cost $300+ extra. I have photos of the disgraceful state of that place. Checkout Scott was rude aggressive and walked away from me saying my son would not fit in a Queen bed at 6 ft! Mold & dirty all over I have proof on photos if anyone wants to see this place - pool not cleaned in 3 days

Fantastic stay, Scott and jo were fabulous hosts. Apartments super clean with everything you need. Fab view, 10min walk from shops. Loved our 7 day stay. Thank you so much Alan, jenny, maree, darren, danni
