The front desk was very enthusiastic. He introduced us to the route and printed the Machu Picchu route map for free. He was very patient and provided good service.

Very friendly service that helped us directly with our bookings for Machu Picchu. This is located above a slope, so be sure to contact the hotel beforehand so that your luggage will be picked up directly from the train station. The luggage service back to the train station also worked perfectly.

The service was excellent. The location and environment are also very good. Can help find lost things. Highly recommended hotel
