Hotels with Parking in Agrigento

I rented a car and booked this hotel just to see the Valley Of Temples. This Hilton property was very good. They awaited for us outside, and prepared are boarding. We were welcomed with a drink. They wanted us to tour their property but we only had 1 day to stay so we said we needed to catch the VOT before sunset. I booked a junior suite which was very spacious. I think the only downside was it was near the restaurant where a talented pianist played until 10 or 11. kind of noisy, but for 1 night I was ok with it. We also ate at the restaurant that night. The food was good, but not great. Service was excellent. The view was sensational. This is a 5 star hotel where staff knows what they are doing. So overall I was very content in my stay. Very good hotel, the environment is very good, looking at the ancient Greek temple on the top of the mountain. The service is also very good. The hotel is located far from the city center, so you can stay in the hotel at night, have dinner at the hotel, and the dinner experience is very good. The breakfast was very rich and the quality was very good. It is recommended not to miss breakfast. The basic room booked is small in size and can hardly be released from the travel box, which is a bit disappointing. Since a hotel is built in such an empty place, even the basic room type is too small, and the proportion of the basic room type is very high, the accommodation experience is discounted, affecting the overall image of the hotel. In short, the room is 7 points, the environment is 9 points, dinner is 9 points, breakfast is 10 points!

My companion and I wanted to give a trip to Sicilia, Palermo, Agrigento and Catania. At Agrigento was impossible not to go to see the Valle dei Templi, so we chose this hotel, we were enthusiastic about all the points, the structure is excellent but perhaps the people working on it are the most, They were very kind and very friendly.They knew to answer any question with expertise, and then the dinner, which I could say, great, I didn't imagine the restaurant of a hotel was like that! The care in the pieces served is certainly 10, they have a cook or cook beyond any expectation, I repeat not only in cooking, but in serving, advising, telling and explaining the pieces, It was not only good food but also aware that the gentlemen of the servicemen had been able to tell simple foods. The location of the hotel is very good, and the sea view room has a beautiful view. The heating and air conditioning were not very effective. After the reaction, the hotel quickly arranged a heater. The heater is pretty good, but the sound will be a bit noisy. Others are very satisfied. Breakfast is provided for free, simple croissants and bread, and all kinds of sauces. The reception staff is very nice and enthusiastic.

By car, the hotel is free to park. On a small hill, it is very convenient to open. The room is quite big, there is a lift, the whole is the old-fashioned hotel in Europe, it is not bad, the hotel restaurant is OK, dinner and Breakfast is quite satisfactory. The hotel has a garden, which is said to be good, but these days it is very cold and there will be no shopping.

The hotel is an old charming building high in the bill. The rooms are nice but small and some nicer than others. Breakfast was very nice. So that’s the good part. The challenges: 1. No one speaks English well so hard to get help when needed 2. Maybe there was free parking nearby once but it’s closed and now you need to find parking on your own and it is very hard 3. Driving to the hotel took us through the ZTL and unlike other hotels that handle this for you this hotel does not so looks like we will end up with a fine. On balance I would go elsewhere due to the challenges.

Our experience with this B&B differs considerably from many of the reviews we read prior to our stay. We did not receive the expected message from the B&B with our entry codes the day before our arrival. Our inquiries were met with considerable confusion as the B&B appeared to have no record of our fully paid reservation. After forwarding our confirmation information we finally received our entry codes on arrival day. However, a short time later, we received a call from a different individual, again indicating they had no record of our booking. We again were required to provide our booking information. We were considerably stressed by the possibility that we would be arriving in Agrigento late in the day with no place to stay. Thankfully, the keys were in the lock box when we arrived and we had no problem accessing them with the code provided. We did expect that the B&B owners would contact us with an apology but that did not occur. We had no further communication with them. Our room was fairly compact but had a small balcony with a view of the Valley of the Temples and the sea in the distance. Furnishings and the bathroom were a bit dated but functional. The breakfast was rather dismal. It consisted mostly of some breads and sweets left in plastic containers the morning prior, as well as some boxed juice and yogurts in the fridge. The location, at first glance did not seem great, but turned out to be just fine.

Even if my family and I spent just one night at this clean and comfortable B&B the owner Ottavio really made us feel welcome and special. Long before checking in Ottavia had made a really good recommendation for a guide to tour the Valley of Temples. That guide truly elavated our temple experience. Ottavio also made a recommendation for a nice restaurant in town. But what really stood out was Ottavio’s efforts to reserve a parking spot for us at New Year’s Eve where a concert in town made parking spots sell out fast. How did Ottavio secure us a parking space nearby his B&B? Ottavio had parked his motorcycle on ‘our’ spot to hold it for us. As we approach his B&B in our rented vehicle Ottavio is literally waiting for us curbside, guiding us to the spot and then removing his motorbike to free up the space for us! This is customer service exceeding your expectations. Next morning’s breakfast was simple but really tasty. My favorite part were the delicious premium pastries which Ottavio had collected at a nearby pasticceria. Thank you again, Ottavio, for a wonderful stay and your outstanding hospitality.

Sono già stato in questo hotel 5 6 anni fa e data la.buona impressione ci sono tornato. Ma.l impressione positiva è l unica sensazione che rimane... perxhe - il lato umano è sparito. I proprietari a quel.tempo gentilissimi hanno lasciato il posto a una messaggistica fredda burocratica e da agenzia delle entrate - la camera ha una bella immagine quello.si.. sicuramente d impatto ma il bagno è degradato.. un bidet che non è ancorato a terra ma ballerino .. la.doccia con poca pulizia e l uscita dal piatto ha uno scalino impegnativo e difficile per persone anziane . . - il messaggio con le indicazioni si è ben guardato di comunicare che era la giornata di San Calogero.. : sino alle due di notte un delirio sia per l impossibilità di accedere ai parcheggi che di poter godere di riposo. Per non parlare dell.accesso alla.stwnza effettuato verso la una di notte. L accesso è impegnativo ma già lo sapevo è il resto che da fastidio. Se non cambia la situazione .. non è consigliabile.
