A wonderful small hotel that doesn't try to pretend that its not 3 Star. Great service lovely food and very clean. Beds very comfortable and really nice touch to have beach towels. We decided on half board which was a great move as the evening buffet of varied traditional Greek starters and mains were delicious! We were planning to go to local Taverna but decided that the Hotel food was just so good it wasn't worth it. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. The Receptionist got us a great deal on a hire car from local supplier. The Beach Bar was superb. Best large glass of Ice-cold draft Mythos certainly hit the spot together with excellent lunchtime Club Sandwich. One of the best 3 Star Hotels I have ever stayed in!!

First impressions of this hotel were amazing but as the week went on there were a few niggles. The rooms are clean but compact. We has a side room. With a side sea views and the maid did an excellent job. The pool area and bar were furnished to a high standard but the pool had a green tide mark running around the edge and although the pool water was clean it was off putting but did not stop us using the pool to cool down as it so hot. The beach bar run by Fortina was great with a beautiful view over the crystal clear ocean which was reached by some steps. The beach was pebbles and sea shoes highly recommended. Unfortunately there were no sunbeds or chairs on the beach so you couldn't sit by the sea.Fortina was great and her service was excellent. The niggles however were the amount of wasps...it was a complete nightmare that many holiday makers ate their breakfast in their rooms, which was a.shame as breakfast choice was great. I know wildlife can't be helped but it was beyond a joke that pest control should have been called. The beach and main bar also ran out of draft beer and vodka and wasn't restocked whilst we were there. There are also no shower facilities if you have a late check and can't check out of your room late they only have the pool showers and you don't want a cold shower later in the evening although you are provided clean towels. Finally a walk to the nearest taveners was dangerous especially at night as no pathways. Staff however were friendly but overall a relaxing holiday but unfortunately would not return.

I stayed at the Aurora with my partner for five nights in September, and we could not have chosen a better hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and able to help us with everything we needed, including booking a trip to the old town. Breakfast was great, and there was enough variation with options changing daily that there was something for everyone. The area was so beautiful and the beach bar/restaurant was a great place to eat - the lady who worked behind the bar was fantastic too. Only complaint was all the wasps at breakfast from the big wasp nest but it was mainly just a bit of a nuisance. Thank you everyone for making our trip so excellent.

A little gem of a hotel. Beautifully and professionally run by an excellent team of management and staff who can't do enough to help and advise you. Great facilities and amazing sea views. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We will be coming back.

We had a very good stay at Aurora. The best bits were the friendly staff who were very attentive and helpful. They helped us book a taxi and let us check in early. The little private beach is beautiful. Although we didn’t use it, the pool was lovely with some sun beds to use. The only thing making our stay 4* rather than 5* is that in our apartment there wasn’t aircon in the bedroom making it a little uncomfortable, and the aircon in the main room didn’t work properly. It did the job but the swing feature didn’t work. The food was ok and breakfast was ok. The cocktails were a little weaker than some we have had at other hotels, but everything was good enough. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would probably come back for a day if we visit Corfu again.

Kalimera and efkaristo.🙏 we just spent four nights there and it was nothing but happiness. The whole team is very friendly, what is offered is a great value for money and the swimming pool is not lacking in charm. Good continuation 🙂

We stayed for a week in this establishment. 3 people in a very small room (12 m2) whose beds are uncomfortable and our 15 year old son slept with the bed next to ours. Air conditioning costs €10 per day and is essential if you don't want to hear the incessant noise of the road. Car rental at the tb reception as well as booking a day at Aqualand. In terms of catering, breakfast and dinner are very basic and union minimum for the à la carte lunch, nothing more and expensive. After having toured the island the location is great because the beach is below but be careful deckchairs are often occupied by people from outside. In conclusion, good value for money hotel but nothing more. Too bad because it has great potential.

We stayed there for 5 days at the end of July as a couple and we loved our stay. The hotel is run by a sister and a brother who provide top-notch hospitality and service. It is a small hotel (19 rooms) located along the coastal road. The road is not at all inconvenient and the setting is ideal. A beautiful swimming pool and rooms with a superb view of the sea. (The rooms, like the whole hotel, are very clean and quiet). Below a few steps is the 'Anchor bar' run by the hotel where we ate almost every lunchtime with a breathtaking view. The cuisine is fresh and good. A few more steps down from the Anchor Bar is the hotel's charming little beach, equipped with deckchairs and parasols. We are very far from tourist factories! Well done to the whole team....we will definitely be back!

Eten à la carte was super lekker. Echt wij hebben er niks op aan te merken. Lakens en handdoeken werden meer vervangen dan dat er in de brochure staat. Als je kiest voor rust en kleinschalig...zeker doen.
