top very good , near to the aerpoo and best service . pruce us good

This hotel is ok. Nothing special about it. Rooms are the same but they will tell you they gave you the best room. Anyway, what was annoying is how they charge, when you book the room you should pay in dollars, they charged me in birr which they should not do and the charge was slightly high. I didn’t appreciate it, and for that I don’t think I will stay in this hotel again.

Especially for me as a solo Traveller was it very supportive to receive such a friendly environment. The service was brilliant and everybody always tried to help if it was needed. I extended my stay for 3 more days because the whole package fits to my expectations.

Clean and service is very good

The hotel facilities and environment are pretty good in Ethiopia. I stayed in a twin room with my colleagues from the company. It felt similar to the 200-yuan express hotel in China. Laundry was very cheap. The front desk and cleaning staff were quite enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. The security staff were also very enthusiastic. But you could hear the barking of the dog in the bungalow next door at night. Haha. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, I can give it 80 points

It's not on the main road, so it might be hard to find without a shuttle bus. The service is very good. I got injured during my stay and the hotel helped me get a taxi to the pharmacy. The hygiene is good, suitable for short-term stay

⸻ I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was very impressed with their service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained with regular housekeeping. The staff are very respectful and always ready to assist guests. The food served at the hotel is of high quality, especially the breakfast. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Strategically positioned. Ext to my office. Not pretentious, but has the comfort charm. I stayed there for several weeks and really fell in love with the restaurant and the smiling kind staff. It really starts at the entrance and continues to the rest of the staff, showing a down to earth approach, despite the language struggle. They really will do the maximum for their guest. Don’t forget to tip ;)
