GGuest UserThe name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain. The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view. ---- Details ---- In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful! The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it. They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help. The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke. The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period. ---- Services ---- The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch! ---- A Lovely Experience ---- The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹 ---- Conclusion ---- If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!

GGuest UserHotel room is moderate, but the best part of the hotel are the staffs. They are eager to provide excellent customer service, promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment. No surprise why people gave 10/10 feedback. We stayed here for two nights and had three meals at the hotel. The food was also great especially fried rice with eggs. 10-15 minutes walking distance from Changpinggou and siguniangshan transport center whate we bought our bus tickets to Dugiangyan. Strongly recommended!

AainaaI had a very great experience during my stay, this hotel is 5 star!!! No no no, 10 star! They have everything, very helpful in everything. I’m from Malaysia, staying here only for one night, i wanna extend one more night but they’re full because i came during golden week :( but if i come back, definitely will stay in here. I love here so much. The room is huge! Can you imagine 2 big bed for 2 person? Dayuum! Jackpot! Floor heating and water heater is function very well. Even we have language barrier here since im the only Malay i think!?!?! But, no problem at all! They have oxygen tank, massage chair, lounge area at level 5 to see the view. I lost my words, everything was so perfect.

NNS MkmmI have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

YY FamilyPretty grand and decent resort located about 15 min car ride from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve Park, which is about 1.5 hour car ride from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou high speed rail station. Great resort introduction and check in/out services by concierge staff Molly and Eve. Great food and services at the restaurants within the resort. We also attended the ******* bonfire in the evening as part of the hotel activities. It was a great and memorable experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

Location is a little further from JZG entrance compared to a few other hotels which the hotel makes up for it by ferrying guests to and from JZG entrance. Impeccable concierge 管家 ”小马‘’ whom I can contact when I needed help. Responded quickly via WeChat! Has an electric toilet flush system which falls short - squirts water whenever one sits on the bowl initially. A little frustrating! Staff tried to rectify by twisting the pipe but the solution was not satisfactory. Smart room managed by 小爱同学。。。 possibly the most interactive and smartest of all voice control ”smart” system out of 5 hotels I stayed at during this trip to China. Not perfect... but pretty good! Breakfast offered by hotel is buffet style! Good selection. Suitable for people who cannot have lactose. Chef also cooks a good selection of dishes if one has to dine in. Many good reasons to pick this hotel... certainly a lovely hotel that is modern. Execution and attention to detail by builders not the best - crooked toilet bowl, bathroom fixtures crooked... Might not be a big deal but makes it less aesthetic. It would be lovely if the hotel has a non- smoking policy throughout - considering health implications, pollution of a beautiful location and discomfort of non-smokers.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located outside of Chuanzhusi Town, about 8-9 kilometers from the town center. The hotel has its own courtyard, making parking convenient. The room was decent and relatively clean, but the facilities were average. During my three-day stay, I didn't notice one day, and the room type was different from the first and third days. The price was the same, but the front desk said they couldn't change it, so I ended up changing rooms every day. Furthermore, the shower in one room didn't work, and the drain was clogged with hair. It was a very unpleasant experience. The most unbearable thing was the terrible breakfast. I recommend driving to town for it. If you don't believe me, try it yourself—it's simply unbearable.

GGuest UserIt is half an hour away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, passing through a group of five-star hotels, and 3.5 kilometers up the mountain road. It is next to the ski resort. The surrounding environment is good. Living in the forest, the environment is nothing to say, and it is even more beautiful when it snows. It is very cold in winter, and it is cold even with the air conditioning and floor heating turned on, but the quilt in the room is really warm. I don’t know what material it is made of, but it is super warm when covered! The disadvantage is that the room is very small, and the hardware facilities are not well maintained. Maybe it is a few houses. The shower head in the room I stayed in was broken. Because I checked in late, I didn’t call for maintenance, so I made do with it; the sockets on the desk were all broken; some of the light buttons on the bedside were broken, etc. The hotel did not find and repair them in time, which greatly affected the experience.
