This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame. When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.

The room was very good, large and equipped with simple kitchen facilities, and the view was great👍🏻. The hotel does not have a bus to the airport, but you can take a bus to the bus station near the hotel and arrange a car to pick you up. Remember to email the hotel in advance, and the hotel staff will respond quickly. Don't think about walking from the bus station to the hotel with your luggage, one is that it is very far, the road is very slanted, and it is wet and you can't pull the luggage in winter. The hotel has buses to various scenic spots in Abashiri, which is very convenient and must be praised! The food is average, it can only be said to be okay, not good. There are not many people in the hot spring, and there are some fallen objects in the outdoor pool. I don't know what it is, but it should not be dirty. The location is relatively remote, suitable for transition.

The hotel is very close to Abashiri Prison and the Ryukyo Museum. The bathhouse is large and has a great atmosphere. The shop on the first floor has a wide variety of local specialties. The bathroom in the room is a bit small, but I usually go to the large bathhouse to take a bubble bath. Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The sashimi includes salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, scallops, etc., all of which are good. The teppanyaki steak for dinner is delicious, and there are crab legs, self-service small hot pot, etc. It is quite rich.

The location is remote. Although there is a hotel car for free pick-up, it is far from various attractions and is more suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel decoration is OK. There are many functional areas in the public lobby. There is a small balcony in the room. The area is not small but there is no scenery. It may be on the same floor as the restaurant. There is always a smell of oil smoke, and the restaurant is also the same. This is really not good. The large bathroom is very average. The service is very good, and every hotel staff is warm and polite. The hotel provides bicycle rental. In summary, the price-performance ratio is average, suitable for pure hotel tourists
