the buffet is very good with a lot of diy element. the hotel is very much filled with art pieces which makes it very unique. the onsen is not big but serves its function. the room is clean and tidy.

The architectural design and the decoration of the hotel building is stylish and artistic. It is spacious. The staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. They will give you a guided tour introducing the facilities of the hotel after you completed the check in process. There is a hut with a pool in the garden offering free footbath which is fun. They provide many room choices, including one with in room private onsen and villas where you have more privacy.

This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame. When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.

A great place to chill and relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will show us area after checkin n bring us to our room. The food in the buffet is also fresh and good.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Onsen was great too. The room was clean and tidy. The common area with fire was nice and relax.

The winter view is superb and I love it so much. Enjoyed the day time outdoor onsen too. Front desk service is good and the staffs tried their best to guide me the info to Abashiri town and transport arrangement to Lake Akan.

A very new hotel with a unique decoration style. The open-air foot bath is really suitable for relaxing in the fire tower at night. The food is also great. It is the best buffet in Hokkaido. I also ordered a hairy crab. It was so delicious that I was speechless. Other types are also very good. The same quality seafood in China is estimated to cost more than the room rate for this night. However, the hotel is relatively new and the management is still a bit chaotic. We found the dead bodies of insects in the room. The diversion of buffet diners is actually not done well. It is obvious that the peak exceeds the load of the restaurant. We were squeezed into the first round and could only take the tableware and wait for everyone to disperse before we could go in to get food. The hotel service staff may also be relatively new. When introducing the restaurant, they really recited the eight-part essay from beginning to end to you. We directly stopped this long explanation process for breakfast. There seems to be a store on the first floor of the hotel to the north. In fact, the food is quite rich. The hot spring has an open-air area that is very nice, and there is also a rock bath for rest, but... there are still too many people and it exceeds the capacity. When I wanted to go to the rock bath, my clothes were gone and I had no choice. Overall, it feels like a very good hotel and it is really comfortable (apart from the fact that there are too many people and I can't take care of it). I believe and hope it will be better in the future!

The hotel's buffet ingredients are very good. Except that the rooms are old and the sound insulation is not very good, it is generally OK. The open-air hot spring is very comfortable and the foot bath is also very nice at night.

The room was very good, large and equipped with simple kitchen facilities, and the view was great👍🏻. The hotel does not have a bus to the airport, but you can take a bus to the bus station near the hotel and arrange a car to pick you up. Remember to email the hotel in advance, and the hotel staff will respond quickly. Don't think about walking from the bus station to the hotel with your luggage, one is that it is very far, the road is very slanted, and it is wet and you can't pull the luggage in winter. The hotel has buses to various scenic spots in Abashiri, which is very convenient and must be praised! The food is average, it can only be said to be okay, not good. There are not many people in the hot spring, and there are some fallen objects in the outdoor pool. I don't know what it is, but it should not be dirty. The location is relatively remote, suitable for transition.

The hotel is very close to Abashiri Prison and the Ryukyo Museum. The bathhouse is large and has a great atmosphere. The shop on the first floor has a wide variety of local specialties. The bathroom in the room is a bit small, but I usually go to the large bathhouse to take a bubble bath. Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The sashimi includes salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, scallops, etc., all of which are good. The teppanyaki steak for dinner is delicious, and there are crab legs, self-service small hot pot, etc. It is quite rich.

Blizzard arrived safely, the room was a bit old, however overall very clean, good service, a foreign language speaking waiter, a large bath, a relex room to listen to music, read a book, dinner is buffet, you can purchase special food separately however.

This Spring Festival, my family chose Eastern Hokkaido. After the icebreaker in Abashiri, we chose Abashiri Tsuruga Hotel. The breakfast and lunch were very good, and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was nothing wrong with it except the high price.
