The hotel has opened in 2024, and all facilities are so clean and modern! Although location is a little bit far from the pyramid, I’s say it’s one of the best hotels in Giza considering the price.

Excellent location pyramids and GEM on the doorste. Service in restaurant exceptional, unfortunately let down by disfunctional poolside service.

It has only been open for 4 months, so it was clean and well-equipped. It is a little far from the tourist sites in Giza, but you can enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The Japanese restaurant next door, recommended by the hotel, is rumored to be ranked number one among the delicious restaurants in Giza, and it was the best food I had in Egypt! I will definitely come back here again.

When we checked in, we were given a welcome gift. I really liked it. It was a thoughtful gift. Centric and Regency are located opposite each other, and our room can see the pyramids. There is also a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel, which is very nice.

Thank you very much, everything is at the highest and best level, respect, treatment, and very classy people, and the most important thing is cleanliness.

標題：災難般的入住經歷：床單潮濕、淋浴噴頭壞掉、外加當眾被誣陷盜竊！ 評分：★☆☆☆☆ （1星） 入住日期：7月9日 - 12日 評價： 不惜一切代價避免這家酒店！ 我在凱悦尚萃西開羅酒店（Hyatt Centric Cairo West）三晚的入住是我一生中最糟糕的酒店體驗，最終以一場公開羞辱收場，徹底摧毀了我對這個品牌的任何信任。 ❌ 抵達時難以接受的狀況： • 走進我（付款了3125元人民幣）的房間，發現床單潮濕發黴。 • 發現淋浴噴頭壞掉，並且洗髮水瓶上粘着一根頭髮——噁心至極！ ❌ 員工無能且態度粗魯的處理： • 我兩次致電前台求助；技師來了，卻默默沖洗掉了那個臟洗髮水瓶，銷燬了證據，全程一言不發。 • 當我要求他解釋時，他竟然沉默地走了出去。極不專業！ ☑️ 唯一得體的員工： 夜班經理（在處理房間升級時）是專業的——這是唯一的例外。 💥 最後的侮辱（7月12日）： 在我乘出租車離開時，一名女性員工（名字以“M”開頭，可能是瑪麗安/瑪麗亞姆等）竟然在員工和客人面前窮追我的車，並當眾指控我偷走了吹風機！ 我證明了自己的清白——向她展示了我自己帶來的戴森吹風機+風量造型器（從中國帶來的）！ 但她仍然不依不饒。這分明是在我乘機前故意騷擾！ 永不再來！ 凱悦尚萃西開羅酒店： • 連最基本的衞生都做不到 • 聘請不合格的技師 • 縱容員工誹謗客人 如果你享受被當罪犯對待的滋味，那就預訂這裏吧。 攜程和各位客人，務必警惕！ Disastrous Stay: Damp Sheets, Broken Shower, & PUBLIC THEFT ACCUSATION! My 3-night stay at Hyatt Centric Cairo West was the worst hotel experience of my life, ending with a PUBLIC HUMILIATION that destroyed any trust in this brand. ❌ Unacceptable Conditions Upon Arrival: • Entered my room （paid ¥3125 RMB） to find damp, musty bed sheets. • Discovered a broken showerhead and a strand of hair STUCK to the shampoo bottle – revolting! ❌ Incompetent & Rude Staff Response: • Called front desk TWICE for help; technician arrived and DESTROYED EVIDENCE by rinsing the dirty shampoo bottle without speaking. • When I demanded an explanation, he walked out silently. Unprofessional! ☑️ Only Decent Staff: The Night Manager （during room upgrade） was professional – the sole exception. 💥 THE FINAL INSULT （July 12）: While LEAVING IN A TAXI, a female employee （"M" name – Meriam/Mariam/etc.） CHASED OUR CAR and ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THE HAIRDRYER in front of staff/guests. I PROVED MY INNOCENCE by showing my PERSONAL DYSON HAIRDRYER + VOLUME STYLER （brought from China!）, yet she persisted. This was deliberate harassment before my flight. NEVER AGAIN. Hyatt Centric Cairo West: • Fails in basic hygiene • Hires unqualified technicians • Allows STAFF TO SLANDER GUESTS If you enjoy being treated like a criminal, book here. Ctrip & Guests BEWARE.
