I liked the location, the overall state of the hostel, and the staff was amazing. However, the description of the room was a bit confusing while booking (maybe it was just me who misunderstood though). When booking, it seemed that I was choosing a room with only 2 people in, but it turned out I was assigned to a room of 4. But can't complain much. The rest was incredible, and the price is the best. A little tired, but remembering the days of luxury hotel. But that's exactly what I wanted - with carpets, marble, armchairs and paintings on the walls! The location is perfect - five minutes walk from the station and the same to the center. Breakfast is quite sufficient, lots of cheeses, fruits, yogurts, muesli, pastries - for every taste. The room is spacious and clean to the extent that a retro room can be. The service is very friendly. Only the cleaning service burst into the room when we were resting, despite the ”do not disturb” sign - that's strange. We will be happy to come back here

I have to say I had a great time staying there, with very helpful staff like Doina, Sara. Place is reachable by public transportation with very good supermarkets Esselunga, Lidl around. And there is plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is with many choices and staff are friendly. I had an event on Sunday there, all staff were so helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel before, so I booked it again this time, but the experience was not as good as the last time! The room was small and a bit crowded. I stayed for two nights and when it was cleaned the next day, tea bags and toiletry bags were not added. Not friendly enough. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and within walking distance to the city center square. The people on the hotel are very friendly! However, the price of the hotel is not cheap, especially on weekends.

You can leave your luggage before check-in from 8am. All the employees are kind and friendly. Towels are free and you can request as many towels as you want. It would be better to ask for at least two towels for wiping your feet. Maybe it was just the room I stayed in, but there was no electricity in the shower booth, so I took a bath using the light from the toilet. There is a locker with a key in the room. There was also a hair dryer in the room. However, it's farther from the station than I expected. That's the only difficulty.

The location is behind the train station, and it takes 15 minutes to walk because you have to bypass the railway tracks. Buon albergo pulito e confortevole. Colazione eccellente. Le stanze singole pero' son veramente piccole e il prezzo ,molto variabile a seconda del giorno scelto,non e' sempre conveniente.

Close to the train station. If you are traveling with a suitcase, you can take bus No. 14 or No. 15 from the train station. There is a stop for Royal Plaza Hotel. The hotel is right there when you get off. I forgot the name of the stop. I asked the driver on the bus and it seemed to be three stops. You can buy a ticket at the ticket booth before getting on the bus for 1.5 euros. The breakfast is also quite rich. In short: a comfortable hotel with good value for money!

Super abundant and very good breakfast...the only negative note:in the room it really was too cold...in the corridor it was very hot and in the room instead for nothing! In general, and for the price we were good anyway
