The sea view room faces the sea and the vision is very good. The surrounding environment is also good, the problem is that the hotel is a bit old, it seems that it has been missing for a long time. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to a three-month-old Antarctic Zhongxu Pavilion, the Guangdong boss, it is worth a try.

I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital. If management needs documents to support this report I will email privately Thank you

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Great hotel. Beautiful restaurant and lobby area. We ate dinner which was very good. Breakfast was also good. No complaints. Staff great esp Joaquin at the front desk who helped me get tickets online for TDP Park entry. Coming back in a week and staying again. FYI the parking is out front on street. We found a spot but looks there us lots of free street parking elsewhere.

Punta Arenas is a touristy town. This hotel is centrally located with walking distance to most local areas and eateries. That makes it a popular choice for stay. However the hotel itself gives you small rooms, noisy due to its location and poorly designed. There’s no proper bathroom in many rooms. Shower with transparent glass door makes it interesting! No thermostat. Most rooms without tv, and no amenities like lotion. There’s no furniture to empty your suitcase. The housekeeping staff does not like to give you even two pods of coffee and was downright rude when asked, until I paid another one two bucks for the same!The room itself is about 175 sq feet. Unless you’re ok with such an accommodation, find a better and more suitable place to stay.

In the heart of small town, they have tour from their website to book, can provide taxi service if need. Room is small, not easy to open a big luggage, shower is cute small, shampoo conditioner, body wash and hand wash in good quality, good value.

I made the reservation for our Junior Suite room back in July 2024 and booked directly on the hotel's website, expecting to at least get what I paid for. I don't even know where to start. Cons: All the negative reviews by other travelers are accurate. There is loud drilling and banging noise all day, from the construction they are doing. Room mix up - At check in, we were told since it was only 1 pm we would have to return in an hour as the room was not ready. Fair enough. When we returned, the reception gals said we could pick between two rooms on the 4th floor and gave us keys to check out the rooms. After checking out both rooms, we told them our decision. At that time they asked for our names again, and said that they had made a mistake! Our room was actually on the 2nd floor, and at the end of the narrow hall. The view from our room was obstructed and the noise from the construction was right next to our room. I requested a change in room but was told that they were all sold out. No kettle in the room for coffee (first hotel in all our travels in Chile to not provide that) Paint splatter on the floor in our room No water bottles. We asked and were given one refillable glass bottle. No safe deposit box in the room No tissues Only one hand towel provided in the bathroom. I asked for another one and hot the one in the picture - dirty brown spots. No bath mat. Mirror in the bathroom on the side of the wall making in totally useless, but a window in front of the sink overlooking the beds! Lots of truck, vehicular noise at night from road in front. No glasses/tumblers in the bathroom No body lotion Room cleaning- one day our room wasn't cleaned when we got back from our tour at 5pm. Front desk told us their maid had a picture from 6:30 am with a Do Not Disturb sign on our door. Sure we had it - from 6:30 -7 am. We took it off at 7 when we got back from breakfast. So they only checked once at 6:30 am and that's it. On our request, however, they did someone to clean our room that evening. Restaurant server charged for water bottle which we had with brought down with us from our room. They were charging by looking at us rather than on what they served us. Then ask us if want to add a tip! Which we did - ridiculous! The front desk staff never, ever greeted us when we walked into the hotel or walked past them in the morning. I had to use Google translate with them almost all the time. Their English was very limited. The only staff that gave us any attention was the gentleman server in the restaurant. He was great! Laundry order- got our room number wrong even though we had written it on our order form. They said they sent the laundry to another room and it got rejected, so they were waiting for us to call! Pro Great location and views. Easy walk to restaurants and main shopping. The hotel seems to be capitalizing on their view. Nothing more to offer. No hospitality or personal attention.

La localización es hacia las afueras de Puerto Natales, ya en camino a Torres del Payne. Su dueños Carlos y Cristina son quienes lo reciben a uno y lo hacen sentirse a uno cómo en casa. La casa cómo tal es hermosa, muy bien conservada y muy bien remodelada, calefacción y espacios muy agradables. Las fotos son fidedignas. La habitación es agradable, acogedora y confortable. Con una cama que tenía vista a las Torres. El baño limpio y también con calefacción. El desayuno delicioso. Definitivamente espero volver a Puerto Natales y volver a hospedarme con ellos.

We stayed four nights and we were still wishing we could stay longer when we checked out. This place is gorgeous. The rooms, the bar/lounge, breakfast area and even the entry area are all exquisite. Rooms are huge. Our second floor room had a sunny large window seat perfect for relaxing with a book and/or drink. Breakfast included eggs (the omelette!!), yogurt, cheese, meat, fruit, and more. Every staff member was courteous and professional. We were treated so well through our stay! We had had difficulty finding a way to do the Fauna Trek but (special thanks here) Scarlett found us a guide who drove us and accompanied us (hike can only be done with a guide) for a very reasonable price. We recommend you stay at the hotel and include this hike. Then, spend a relaxing evening in the lounge! Finally, we enjoyed hearing about how Erkka and David brought this place to life. It’s an amazing story. Treat yourself to this place!

La struttura non è lussuosa ma molto accogliente, con riscaldamento e acqua calda molto soddisfacenti. Andando sempre via molto presto la mattina non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione ma la signora che gestisce la struttura si è sempre offerta di fornirci una colazione da portare via, con panini, dolce, succhi di frutta e persino un termos con te o caffè caldi cosa che, durante le escursioni a piedi nel parco, ci ha fatto molto piacere. Veramente molto gentile, inoltre le camere sono pulite e arredate con gusto. Il parcheggio è a fianco della struttura, ed è libero. Un altro vantaggio è quello che la stazione dei bus si trova a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi. Nei dintorni ci sono anche un paio di ristoranti, comunque il centro città è a 10 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio, anche come prezzo.

We came to Puerto Natales to board a cruise to the fjords. Puerto Natales is a small town with this end of the world, oceanic vibe, and it is at an easy drive to Torres del Paine National Park and two crossing points for Argentina. The hotel is located just outside the town, right in front of the ocean. It is a flat structure where each layer/floor merges in the surrounding environment, giving you this sense of shelter from the elements, like the water and the wind, that here can be powerful. The hotel has a good restaurant on site, comfortable large room, and a very efficient service.

When I arrived I was a little concerned since I just left the Sheraton in Santiago and this was a small quaint cute property but the room looked more like a hostel, there was no fridge, microwave or blow-dryer. Generally, I assumed that single room would imply that I'd have a king bed but it was just a twin. Ok, the positives: super nice staff, I asked if they could store my food since I didn't have a fridge and they were happy to accommodate. The breakfast was included but limited hours 7-9am however they offer to pack a lunch if you have an early exit and I utilized that on most days that was very nice. The staff was super friendly which made up for the bed situation, they were glad to be of service when I asked for directions and recommendations. The property is very well located to all attractions. The wifi was great. There was always someone cleaning and they all look happy to be working which is pleasant to see. Knowing all this if you're ok with a subpar room I would support this business, if you need something a little nicer there is dreams by the water.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte nel mese di gennaio 2025. L’esperienza è stata pessima. Lo staff non parla inglese ed è stato sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza al piano terra con una sola finestra che dava su una specie di corridoio comune. Per intenderci lo stesso spazio a cui si accedeva alla camera. La finestra non presentava tende oscuranti e le luci del corridoio sono rimaste accese tutta la notte. É stato letteralmente impossibile dormire. Come se non bastasse le pareti erano sottilissime e si sono potuti sentire tutti i rumori del corridoio. La colazione iniziava alle 4 del mattino, praticamente c’è stato rumore tutta la notte. Tra il rumore e la luce ho avuto la peggior notte in un albergo della mia vita. La pulizia era migliorabile, c’era un capello sul mio cuscino. La colazione non é stata delle migliori, caffè dal colore improbabile, piatti non propriamente puliti e succo d’arancia fatto con polverina istantanea. Decisamente sconsiglio di pernottare qui e spero che vengano presi provvedimenti per rendere l’esperienza più decorosa.

A beautiful historic hotel right on the main square in Punta Arenas. We moved here after a disappointing experience at a hotel close by where you felt like you were on a conveyor belt. As soon as we arrived here we were so happy with the friendly and personalised service from the front desk team, spotlessly clean rooms and the historical ambience. The breakfast room and front bar are stunning - you feel like you have stepped back in time. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Thank you for a great stay and we can't wait to return.

This place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!
