Stayed 2N. The property is locate next to the Dogo Onsen (Japan's oldest onsen) which is undergoing renovations. The hotel is equally old and is designed in a very elegant way. I was assigned a low floor room with a partial view of an ornate stage. I opted for the traditional Japanese room which was very large. The floor was tatami and the futon bed would be setup by the houskeepers in the evening and packed away in the morning. The room came with 4 sizes of yukata for you to choose. The yukata can be worn within the property and even for a walk into town. The room was well appointed and clean . The toilet had a bath and squat shower, and WC in a separate closet. The bed was very comfy. Wifi signal was strong. The AC was on the warm side, but fortunately, I could open the windows to let in fresh air. The highlight was the onsen with indoor and outdoor pools. Located next to the onsen entrance was self-service **free** sake and some sweets for children. Breakfast was served in a banquet hall and with an incredibly large array of choices. All the staff we met were hospitable. Will return.

Attention Henro sama! Perfect stay almost across street from T49. I had walked that day from T46. Onsen use included with hotel stay. Onsen water hot and alkaline slimy, my legs feel so much better after an evening and a morning soak.  Breakfast was of wide selection, very satisfying. Stand up shower stall a bonus! Drip coffee machine in room also a nice touch. Very smart, modern hotel.
Hotel Route Inn Imabari

nice hotel, great amenities. There was a problem with my booking and it seemed that they said it was my fault. I don’t how it could be but they took the position it was me who had to fix it. Also there doesn’t seem to be a consistent hotel policy for travellers with bicycles. I stayed at there different Route Inn and tow it was no problem but this one it was. still a very nice stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in Standard Twin. It was a parking view, but it was very clean, including the bathroom, although it was not large, and the USB port on the bedside was convenient for charging the smartphone. Also, the amenities dripping coffee and empty refrigerator were good. The room had slippers and snow dags, and I liked the beach sandals, and I was comfortable with snow dags that were not resistant to walking outside. The public bath on the top floor was healed with a clean open-air bath with a good view. I went to 6:00 for two days from 6:00 in the morning, but I think it was good to open a little earlier because it was quite crowded. Breakfast was the same for two days, but there were so many original options that I never got tired. Uwajima slices, tofu and French toast were especially delicious and I ate too much every morning. Access from the city is good and if you have the opportunity to stay at Dogo Onsen, I would like to choose it next time.
Dormy Inn Matsuyama Natural Hot Spring

It is located in the Matsuyama Okaido shopping street, just a 3-minute walk from the traffic lights. As a single room, the area is already large. There is a natural hot spring Ishite-no-yu on the 13th floor from 6:00 to 25:00, and free soy sauce is available in the restaurant on the 1st floor from 9:30 to 11:00. In addition, the breakfast buffet is 1,800 yen, but it is definitely worth the money.

I hate Mammoth Hotels, but there were so few other people here that I couldn't believe they were accommodating a large number of people, and even when I ate in the private room, I hardly met anyone. What is especially noteworthy is the carefully designed tea room. The quality is so high that you can't believe it's inside a concrete building, and when you ask about it, you'll be convinced that it was made by a craftsman from Kyoto who stayed there for a long time. The inside of the hotel was decorated with Ohara-style decorations, giving it the feel of a high-class inn. However, it's a bit old so it's not shiny, but I was able to really feel the hospitality of the employees. This ryokan changed the impression that it was too big to handle. I will visit again.

I applied for a plan with half board for two days and one night. The exterior looks old, but the interior has a modern and bright impression, including a restaurant. Many of the front desks were veterans and kind, and many of them were young like students because the restaurant was busy, but I had a good feeling including the first 々 feeling. The main dinner seemed to have been wrong with the advance request information, but it was helpful to respond immediately. I thought it would be nice to have a change in the contents of the buffet at dinner and the buffet at breakfast (shell pasta and pumpkin gratin that I only saw at the night buffet, etc. persistently It was a sloppy taste that wasn't too much.) Close to the shopping street and Dogo Onsen main building, I made a reservation for accommodation by seeing the word of mouth, but the parking fee was 800 yen / day, but it was a hotel that I could have a pleasant stay and wanted to repeat.

The large communal bath is a hot spring. The facilities are clean because it is just completed. The staff is also good. Convenience stores and supermarkets are within walking distance, and places to eat are within walking distance, including fast food.

First Shikoku, first Dogo Onsen. The word of mouth has become very late. We stayed at 2023.1.17 1. Stayed in haiku suite. Since it was an early morning flight, I arrived quite early than check-in, so I stopped by the hotel to leave my luggage. A veteran man guided me to the front desk immediately. However, while disappointed by the expressionless and cold response of the young woman at the front desk, it was because of this that I arrived too early, so I asked her to leave her luggage and go sightseeing. And check in. It is not possible that the door of the cleaning tool box right next to the entrance of the room called haiku suite remained empty. (This place remains open all the time during my stay.) The room was clean and of course large, but I think the back of the amenities and the dusty details were not well cleaned. Dinner is at the restaurant. I stayed in a large room, so is it like this when considering the accommodation fee? It was delicious with elegant seasoning, but I have the impression that there were many similar seasonings. I chose Western food for breakfast. It was good to have an extraordinary feeling with the silver lid and an omelet on the white tablecloth. It was a private room-style seat, but there were two tables, the distance from the neighbor was close, and it was too quiet to hear the conversation, so I was uncomfortable. This might have been quite relaxing with room service. The man of the staff who guided me to the room on arrival checked out and told me what I casually asked. I was impatient, so I forgot completely, so I thought I could tell you by extension, etc., but it was probably the hospitality of the person who was not in the manual. I'm sorry that there is no hot water in the bath. Somehow, I wondered if it would be a good inn if I became a regular, but I won't visit again.

Arrived by car, the staff will guide the parking lot carefully immediately and guide you back. Check in When you go to the accommodation floor by elevator, wait for the staff in front of the elevator. There is a service to choose yukata. When you enter the room, dining, living room, bedroom, open-air bath. Good image! I think women like the bed is fufufufu and the best! The bath went there because I liked the public bath The bath was defeated by the facility where the bath was sold, but it was usually good. It seems that women are disgusted to go to the bath by going through the front desk here. The amenities were SDGs countermeasures 24 〜 5 o'clock, the entrance is locked. But if you stay here, there is no problem because you will relax in the room. Dinner is a course, balance is good, 70% full, this is the best! Drinks are sake, beer is good, wine is not enough, and specifically, if there is no good thing, not a cheap wine sold at a restaurant, it is said to be for the accommodation. Food just good balance The chef knows the amount to satisfy the body, great! There is a problem with taste, so no comment The staff who took charge of me was full 💯 all made me feel good 7 or 8 minutes walk to Dogo station, so there is no problem with Petit sightseeing. Dogo beer head office, It was a good inn to drink only beer that you could drink there at the branch.
