I stayed at the end of February. I chose this hotel in order to go to Towada Lake Winter Story. The location is very convenient. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Towada Lake slowly under heavy snow. The check-in experience is much better than expected. I originally thought that this kind of old hotel would be old and dirty, but I was wrong. Although the whole hotel is decorated in a more traditional way, it is not old-fashioned but has a lot of flavor. The furniture is a bit old but it does not affect the comfort. I have stayed in high-end hot spring hotels before, but the beds are not as memorable as this one. The room has a ”home” feeling and it is really comfortable. The only drawback is that the pillow is a rice bag, which is not accustomed to sleeping on it. In addition, the wind power of the hair dryer is not strong enough. The wind power and heat are similar to those of a dryer. Ladies with long hair will get tired of blowing their hands. Apart from the above two points, I am very satisfied with the rest. The breakfast selection is sufficient and tastes good, so you won't feel hungry. The dinner you choose when booking the room online will be prepared in the public canteen. It tastes good and has many styles. The hairy crabs are delicious. I think it is great value to have such food and accommodation quality at this price. The staff is also very friendly and proactive. I stayed for two nights and felt so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this hotel. I am very satisfied and like it.

Very close to Hirosaki Castle, many restaurants nearby, and convenient parking. The hot spring is on the top floor with a great view. The ramen for midnight snack is also delicious. The lobby has free apple juice. I would visit again.

3 nights stay is too long to enjoy the food diversity. The menu of breakfast and dinner of each day were exactly identical. The 1st night room wasn't good and paid extra money for a new view. We were charged Y6000 per person per night. Still don't understand why they charged per person not per room. Anyhow the staff was excellent to help our request.

The hotel is in the snow field. When booking through Ctrip, it always shows that the listing is tight, but there are not many people actually staying. There is also a hotel next to ”Bajiatian Villa”, but Ctrip can't book. The room was large, but the toilet was small, the room had heating, it was very hot, I opened a little window to sleep at night. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, which are typical Japanese meals, but rarely a little sashimi, and the taste is average. The hotel has its own indoor hot spring. When asked, it was free. When checking out, it received a tax of 150 yen. I don't understand what theory this tax is charged. It is estimated that due to the bad price/performance ratio, there are not many people living, and most people live in Aomori even if they ski the next day. By the way, Chengcang and sour soup, these two are still some distance from the snow field. In addition to three buses a day, the hotel is also free to pick up and drop off, but the general time is fixed, Chengcang is sent at 9 o'clock and picked up at 3 pm. If you need other time to pick up and drop off, you have to negotiate with the hotel. The weather was very good that day, but the cable car was out of service. I had no choice but to go to the small snow field next to it for an afternoon, and it was 3,800 yen for 4 hours for half a day.
