It is very close to the train station, and there are also motorcycle dealerships, convenience stores, etc. nearby. The living functions are very sufficient ~ public facilities include washing machines, water dispensers and refrigerators. At this price, you can have an in-room bathroom and you really can't ask for more! The space in the room is quite large and feels very comfortable. There are also towels (you can update them with the front desk). The Wifi is also very stable. Anyway, I will definitely visit again next time🌟

A little distance (about 1 km) from the train station. . The side facilities are adequate. Walk 150-250 meters to McDonald's and convenience stores. The room smells of wood when the door is opened. good. . There seem to be two doors to enter the gate. I misunderstood the long wait at the other door and no one opened. Can't contact the owner either. Now the phone card only allows Internet access. (It is recommended that the sticker tell you to use another door to find someone or provide an app contact method.) Remember to buy return train tickets in advance. .

TTomFraenkNice Hotel, central located, only a few minutes walk to central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with enough space. Free bike rental, breakfast and dinner included. In addition the hotel provides coffee, drinks, snacks and ice cream. Definitely me and my wife can recommended this beautiful hotel.

DDRIEDGERReally clean. Like all bunk bed cubicles in Taiwan, very spacious. It does have thin bars and not wider type steps to top bunk. It’s cheaper than most hostels in Taiwan and was clean and spacious. Equipped kitchen. I was very happy. Finally proper pricing for hostels. Although my others have Been exceptional so far. Their service hours are 9 to 6. But if you prepayed I don’t see trouble. I had none. But be aware, to find your self check in stuff there’s a little bird box as soon as you enter. It’s on the right. Be aware. Kind staff. Extremely close to bus and train station, just a stone’s throw away.

AAnonymous UserWell located near the train station. Good hire bike offers and a decent breakfast. Good area to dry clothes after doing laundry. A little quiet/not massively sociable during the time we were there in the off season, especially since Taroko Gorge was shut. But would stay here again for sure.

55g5gFirst of all, thanks for the upgrade to two queen beds, but if I could, I would rather have a sea view room. Breakfast was good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and flies, and the food was not covered I booked a room for 4 nights, but on the third night when I was getting ready to go to bed, there was a loud noise and the lights were turned off and there was a power outage. The light from the flashlight in the room was very weak, so I had to use a phone flashlight. If a It would be really scary if you were staying there, and then suddenly you have to spend time moving to another room. The hotel staff didn't say anything about the reason. The air conditioning in the room after you moved is like a snow room. The heating has been adjusted to high temperature and it's freezing. Finally, I turned off the air conditioner. This experience cannot be repeated. Tomorrow morning, I also heard from the staff that there was a power outage in the other room...I don’t know why. The toilet is a Japanese toilet, which is good Overall, the other room is better.

JJunhongWhen we arrived at the hotel that night, we asked the receptionist to help us check in, but the receptionist asked us to check in on the machine ourselves. As a result, we had to shuttle back and forth between the two buildings without being able to check in. Later, we returned to the previous one. At the counter, I asked the lady to check in. She said there might be something wrong with the machine, dizzyđŸ˜”đŸ’«. In addition, I booked a room for two people and a room for one person, a total of two rooms. When the receptionist gave us the key card, she did not tell us that the room was a large one and a small room. It was not until the next day that I found out that the two people lived in a small room. Room, I think she should tell us about this. Two people can live in a large room without being so crowded. There was also no drinking water in the room, and the front desk staff didn't tell them in advance. Later, we called to inquire and found out that it was on the first floor. The hotel should have let passengers know this in advance, but they didn't. This was a terrible travel experience.

EErnaThe hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

Ssl30neThis was a 1 night stay. We arrived around 9pm. The street parking was completely full. The staff said after 10pm the car parking lots should be free. But it remained occupied. We were directed to another car park named PP. Said to be complimentary. However, we ended up paying NTD 460 upon check out. There is not lift at the building. You have to carry up your own luggage. Water dispenser is available at ground floor. The building is quite old and needs renovation. The carpet and windows were dirty. Broken sockets. Stained pillow cases. The good thing is that they provide a one time use towel. Breakfast was minimal. Porridge, 4 simple condiments, meat bun and bread. No eggs. We came down at 8am and there was close to none except for buns.
