Amazing experience and place. Two women run this place and manage it beautifully. They thought of almost everything and it is perhaps due to the fact that they are women designing a place to call it home away from home. They found the hotel location in ruins and built this beautiful B&B. They preserved a moorish time wall. My husband found it on Expedia and we booked it without knowing much about it. You can walk to all main attractions including alaczar and cathedral and great night life and restaurants. You cannot go wrong. Pros: -great location and friendly hosts. -Beautiful decorations and great terrace to relax after a long day. -Breakfast available until 1 p.m that you can get when you are ready. There is a microwave and a stove so you can prepare eggs the way you like it. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day and you have access to a nice refrigerator with milk and essentials. Very clean room with all essentials AC worked beautifully You see view of the neighborhood as it is located within kissing lane area so you can truly experience Spanish living. Some rooms have really large windows Provide slippers and real keys to lock your doors along with tooth brushes, paste, and a comb. There is a little safe in the room. Cons: no elevators so it was hard to go up and down No guest service person after 12 p.m. but they have a secure location and entry through using an entry code. Your keys are left at the locked box next to your room. Small bathroom/shower but it was sufficient for us. But it is so well maintained that we didn’t need to bother the hosts much.

I advise against it. The single room was practically a storage room, without a window and only the bed could fit... the ceiling was all ”swollen” with water (we hope) and the bathroom was dilapidated! There was a smell of bathrooms in all the rooms, including the bedroom.. which, being without a window, almost feels like suffocation.. they provided a fan to keep the air flowing! I had booked 3 nights, but after the first night I left! Ok the low price, ok the shared bathroom but there are other facilities that are definitely better for the same price! There were also problems with check in, after sending passport photos the day before they didn't send me the access codes. I found myself on the street at 10 in the evening (late check in communicated to the property at the time of booking) waiting for a response. The girl on the phone was really very kind... the only positive note!
