The hotel I was looking forward to the most throughout the whole journey, I would have been conquered if I experienced the Oberoi in India, but when I arrived in Egypt, I felt something was wrong as soon as I entered the door. There is no smile on everyone's face, except for a few people who have a sense of service, other feelings are perfunctory. And obviously for white people, they will be more enthusiastic, and they will not choose this hotel next time. Of course, the environment and facilities are still very good, but the service that I expected to live in Oberoi is the most disappointing.

Everybody was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble after staying in Hotels in Hurghada, as a solo traveller now since my Husband passed away I was worried incase i did not eel safe but I felt safer in Zak Inn than I have ever felt in hotels I will definitely be back in Dec no more Hotels for me Excellent service and very friendly. Very close to Shops Supermarket and Restaurants perfect location

The room is clean and spacious but a little hot in the day time. There is conditioner in the room. Comfortable to stay. They ask for 3000 Egyptian pounds for the deposit the day you check in and will return it back when you check out.
