The espresso coffee at breakfast is especially recommended. The staff will make it for you with care. Also, the work of local photographers is displayed on the walls of the restaurant, which is worth a look.
We stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a new hotel, so it has a few things that could be better. I'll start with the first one. Construction is still happening on some floors, so there will be noise from time to time. During breakfast, the place gets crowded, and the staff don't always manage to clear dirty dishes or replenish items on the buffet promptly. Some dishes, like the rice buns, had cooled down and were a bit hard.
The room was okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The bathtub moved a little bit, and water leaked onto the floor. It took a long time for the water to dry.
The good things are that the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Skybar on the 24th and 25th floors. We often stopped by for snacks and drinks there. The location is a big plus. It is five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a shopping mall. The view from the room was stunning.
In short, the hotel tries to maintain a high standard. If they keep working hard, I think they could match the quality of international 4-star hotels with excellent service in about a year.
It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable.
Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean.
Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess.
Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time.
It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.
Okay, some points need to be fixed: the air conditioner is not installed properly, many light bulbs are broken and cannot be used, water from the bathtub is leaking onto the floor. Should reserve at least 1 pickleball court for hotel guests.
I had an amazing stay at Grand Hyams Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless and cozy, and the little touches like the welcome note really stood out. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring. I’ll definitely be back!
A great little gem right next to the beach. Quy Nhon is also a little gem, with plenty of local delicacies and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The Fleur de Lys is super clean and nicely appointed. The staff was great. If I’m back in Quy Nhon I will not stay anywhere else.
Modern new clean. All is perfect... If you are not there out of season. I was alone in a deserted place. The receptionist came to bring me a fried egg and a wurlster because me breakfast was included but they did not opened the buffet for just one person.
Far from the centre of life and from everything, it looks on a river and the scenery is nice. Perfect if you travel in groups and have somebody to take you to the city centre.
The city is very clean and the hotel is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and it is convenient to eat and travel around. The beach is across the road. There are different choices in all aspects. Satisfied
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and even decided to extend our visit by an additional night. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the bed was truly exceptional—it felt like sleeping on a cloud! We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

GGuest UserAs a newly built hotel, the facilities are clean and good.
Most of the rooms are pool villas, so the main pool is a bit small, but it's okay.
The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but the rice noodles, bread, and coffee provided at the espresso bar were delicious, so it was good.
The location is far from the city center, but there are many seafood restaurants nearby, 2 km from the hotel, and free delivery and pick-up/drop-off were provided, so I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days without any inconvenience.
It was disappointing that there was no wine opener in the room, and although you can rent one in the lobby, there were very few prepared. I wish the hotel had at least a wine opener on hand.

MminoutaurusHotel well located and not too far from the beach. Excellent service and very pleasant, friendly and attentive staff. The room is very comfortable and the facilities complete. Arrival and departure times are appreciable.
We will come back with great pleasure.
MMichelle, SingaporeThe staff at Casa especially Ms Thuy and Ricky are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to assist and provide service and have initiative on observing the habits of their guests. Their high level of a service makes the stay at Casa very warm and enjoyable.
The sea facing and closeness to the sea is truly amazing. We booked ocean villa and the beach is right at our balcony with a quiet beach. The sound of the waves really makes it very relaxing.

YYONGQIANGRich breakfast and good location. All balconies have sea views. The sandy beach is very large for several kilometers. The waiter in the restaurant does not speak English, and there is no photo of the menu in the restaurant, which needs to be improved
