Hotel is good, already came here previously for the cafe but could not managed to book a room due to full. This time I got it. It is nearby to town and not so crowded area. Room and hotel is pretty. Good for a stay cation, relaxing on weekend and honeymoon. Just a reminder there are no lift available for elderly or disable. Water heater could be improved since it is very hard to get hot water. Almost none at all.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

** A Simple Stay** Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

The room is clean. The location is okay. There is a convenience store in front of the building. I recommend it. If you book through the app, you will get a good price. I like it very much.

We were late check into the hotel but the receptionist are so efficient that straight away they asked isn’t 2rooms and I said yes, One of the girls took out 2forms before I can show them my booking, she asked me to check the names and was correct, I felt so warmed. Here again I would like to say Thank you for the receptionist services… Perfect attitude and for sure I’ll visit again. Walking distance to Central Hatyai and night market Greenway… Good location for those who hates noisy sound in the morning too.Rooms are clean and also they provide a microwave for our convenient. They are so kind to call for a Tuk tuk if you want. Car park are provided but not ev charger. Overall I’ll give them 9.5 and if ev charger are provided, it ll be 10/10😉

Requested non-smoking room but smoking smell all the time especially at night super strong. This hotel supposedly a free smoking hotel but unfortunately the cigarette smoking smell was there on the first night we checked in. Saw the posting indicated is a non-smoking hotel but why the room have an astray ? We were allocated room at 7 floor and there isn’t any non-smoking sign availably and we noticed other floor have no smoking sign stick at the lift lobby. The front desk unable to change our room as they claimed fully accepted. Amenities only Nescafe sachet one packet of sugar and no creamer for the coffee?? Also no bathroom slipper available for such grand hotel? Would not come back again on Sunday we saw a man smoking inside his room with his room window open? So the hotel staff open the window for him to smoke? This is so terrible? An astray inside the room already gave people the impression you may smoke inside the room!!!
