Останавливалась в отеле на три ночи. Осталась очень довольна сервисом, чистотой, комплектацией номера. Каждый день пользовалась возможностью бесплатно посетить спа-центр, предоставляют тапочки и полотенце, травяной чай без ограничений. Лучше записаться по телефону на удобное время посещения. Дополнительно оплачивала массаж и спа-процедуры, это было чудесно. Прекрасные сауна, хамам, джакузи с гидромассажем и бассейн. Завтраки также очень понравились, особенно сырники. Абсолютно нечего добавить или исправить. Удивил швейный набор, в компактном пластиковом чехле, где нитки каждого цвета уже помещены в ушки своей иголочки. В прихожей одноразовая перчатка для чистки обуви, в душевой щетки, зубная паста, жидкое мыло, шампунь, кондиционер, крем для тела с суперским ароматом, также есть ватные диски, палочки, одноразовая пилочка для ногтей. Две бутылки воды, 4 пакетика чая, 2 пакетика кофе и сливки на номер в сутки. Комфорт и безопасность в чистом виде! Есть открытая терасса на третьем этаже с качелями, зонами отдыха и тренажёрами. В здании отеля справа от входа, если свернуть за угол, есть уютная кальянная с вполне демократичными ценами. В шаговой доступности множество магазинов аптек и торговых центров. С удовольствием вернусь в отель, чтобы продолжить осматривать непосредственно Краснодар)). Столько времени с удовольствием проводила в пределах отеля, что из достопримечательностей была только в парке Галицкого и японском саду.

At the moment - this is the best hotel in Sochi (except of course Mantera Supreme). Everything here is at the highest level - a beautiful lobby, great renovation, designer finishing of the rooms, the cleanest territory, a 24-hour restaurant with a high level of service, excellent value for money, breakfast - this is the best I have seen in the WORLD! In general, I am just slightly shocked by how well everything was done in Russia. From fitness to breakfast. Sea view, the sea is nearby. In general, I am thrilled.

Nice place to be. U can cook some basic food if you want.super maket is only 5mins away from hotel. Safe quiet area. Pool not big no sun after lunch.but good for a morning dip.

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Very good hotel in a wonderful location! My room was on the 2nd floor with a view to the forest. Also on the 2nd floor is a perfectly equipped gym. The bed Mega is comfortable, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a table, TV.  Very warm in the room, I opened the window in November for clean air.  The rope is located 100 meters from the hotel, tickets are better to take at the hotel, goes slightly cheaper by 250 rubles The hotel has a massage chair of Yamoguchi , for 600 rubles it is possible to relax 20 minutes.  I didn't like breakfast in another hotel across the bridge. But breakfasts themselves are very delicious: tortoise, nuts, humus, pancakes, chestnut, cheese and a lot of different things!

We had a rest with my mother. We liked everything very much! The room is big, everything you need is there. Very comfortable and big beds, it smelled nice when you checked in. Clean both in the room and in public places. Special thanks for the gorgeous breakfast, sooo delicious, for the champagne a separate + to karma! :) I would also like to note the spa - all the baths worked perfectly, there were few people, sometimes we were alone, the pool was clean

Stayed for 3 nights. Disadvantages: -A small sauna; -There is no barbell in the gym (I asked the hotel management to install a bench with a barbell and a barbell in the gym); -In room 601, the headboard must be replaced (destroyed); -No body lotion; -I don’t want to fall into the small swimming pool with sauna (high bleach content) -It is shown on the hotel website that you can use Rosa Beach for free, but the reception has not confirmed it. advantage: -position; -Breakfast includes a variety of dishes, including hot food; -There is a buffet of 490 rubles for lunch and a buffet of 790 rubles for dinner. Очень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак
