Fantastic hotel. New, clean, beautifully decorated. Spacious rooms. Very good breakfasts. Applause for ”coffee + sandwich” to go. I recommend!

A very nice hotel. The rooms are furnished in a modern style. In the bathroom everything was there that you need, from the hair dryer to the toiletries. Unfortunately, the drain from the sink was leaking and I got wet feet when washing my hands. Complaints were made twice, but it was still defective on the day of departure. The service, reception and restaurant was very friendly and tried hard

A great weekend in this beautiful hotel, very well located between center and Riverside, quiet, clean room.and the hotel has been happy to meet our little extra wish.Sauna and fit Studio although not used but looked very good ...Damn high!!!

Great hotel and second time I’ve stayed here. Nice restaurants close by and the Spa and pool is a good size. Location close to Glowny which was what we needed

This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance. I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍

The room is spacious. The room I stayed in had windows on three sides. It is located in a cultural attraction, which is very good.

Nice hotel and good rooms. Breakfast is good. The TV in the room is poorly programmed, hotel information is difficult to access. A hour a day free access to the aquapark. Totally recommended.

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly service excellent food. Critical notes: too cold water in the pool. But there is something else - there are rooms with view of some technical installations on the roof - it is a marketing failure, something you need to do with it ...!
