Excellent hotel and the staff are truly fantastic!

Only good thing about this Aloft is the location. They won't store your luggage if you arrive early because they will spent all their affords to get you to pay the $42 to check in early. They make you just sit there in their lobby for hours until check in time. The free bar drinks was super water down. More then likely won't stay here next time in Cancun

Decent hotel in Chetumal, but I think can be better. Pillows and bed are on the soft side, and hotel is probably a bit old so it has a smell. Conveniently located across the Mayan museum and probably one of the better hotel in chetumal. Wifi is very intermittent.

Hotel is spacious and has a nice beach area. Perhaps they have many stairs for some people, as the hotel is built uneven, was no problem for us, you can always take the lift. Liked that they have adults only pools and also the do night Dj music and lights for everyone to enjoy! The room we booked was not available but as to compensate they gave us ‘all inclusive’ bracelets and that made up for it.

Excellent service, very comfortable facilities and the location of the hotel is spectacular

Upon check-in at 1 PM, the hotel initially tried to fob us off with a subpar room on the second floor. We had to wait until 3 PM to finally get a room on the sixth floor, only to find the entire floor under renovation with construction workers and materials filling the corridors. This was truly embarrassing for an InterContinental property. When we tried to change to a lagoon-facing room, several front desk staff members shirked responsibility and passed the buck. It took another hour for the lobby manager to finally offer us a spare room on the fourth floor. This hotel is riddled with issues and constant hassles. I strongly recommend avoiding it!

25 minutes from the airport, about 5 minutes walk there are large shopping malls, shopping, dining and warlmart, eating, lodging and transportation are convenient. Affordable, the service staff is very good. There is a front desk speaking English, communication is no problem.

Drive according to the navigation. There is free parking on the ground floor of the hotel. The front desk service is very good and the room is large. It is very suitable for families. Only soap and shampoo conditioner are provided in the room, no shower gel. There are air conditioners and fans, the beds are comfortable and the quilts are thin. The room near the seaside is a bit tide, you can walk to the seaside, it is close to the pedestrian street of Carmen, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. Breakfast needs to be paid separately, and the price is fairly close to the people. I ate more than 20 RMB per person for three days.

The hotel is great; the rooms are very spacious, have balconies, and are clean. The pool area is also nice, as is the restaurant. The breakfast takes some getting used to for Europeans, as there's no spread and it's very American/Mexican, but it still fills you up. The gym is a bit small, and there are hardly any opportunities for a proper workout—this would be the only downside.

Best place I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of travelling this place is amazing loved every second of it. Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN
