While this hotel is a distance away from the normal accommodation in Mt. Fuji, the distance is totally worth it. Opening to a view of Mt Fuji from room and breakfast area and a chance to see F1 cars and track up close, this hotel checks off all boxes. Not to mention a cosy onsen facility. Will definitely visit here again for future trips.
Although it is an old building, I think it is well-cleaned.
There is free parking right next to it, connected by a walkway, which is very convenient.
Since it is a large hotel, it would be perfect if it had a large public bath.
Hotel view was lit, especially when you can see Mt Fuji on a very good day. Location is very near to the Mishima station, the lobby is on the second floor of the building next to the Mishima station. You can get your Fuji express bus tickets just outside the station. Bus to the Gotemba outlet is also around the same area.
Hotel cleanliness was good. However the reception was so so, as they did not provide further help when I seek for their assistance as I had left my backpack on the Shinkansen.
The highest floor has an open bath for both women and male, requires a card to reach there. Hotel room provides the necessary towels in a basket for you to bring up and the toiletries are available as well. Would be a good view to see sunrise or sunset of Mt Fuji from the high level if there’s a chance. The room TV shows you the vacancy of the open bath and washing machine but it was not accurate for the open bath.
The hotel is located in the mountains near Shuzenji Temple. We originally booked this hotel expecting a beautiful view, but the waiter actually gave us a room facing the staff entrance. Not only did we not have a window view, but as soon as we opened the curtains, we could see the staff coming in and out and the garbage trucks, which really affected our mood. The hygiene in the hot spring dressing room was also worrying. The wall near the exhaust fan was obviously dusty and dirty. The hygiene of this hotel was not very good. 😑 There was hair left by someone on the bedside in the room. Sigh😑, I have to give a bad review.
I couldn't see the hallways as they were being renovated, but the lobby was wonderful and the open-air bath overlooking the Izu sea was the best. Unfortunately, the main dining room was also under renovation. I would like to visit you again after the renovation.
The room is large and extremely nice, all the required amenities are there. The view from the room balcony is magnificent, overseeing the beach . The unseen in the room is nice too, the temperature is just right .
The free taxi service to and from station is very thoughtful and convenient. this is better than shuttle bus service which some hotels offer.
The breakfast options are many with both western, Japanese, and even a bit of chinese.
Will definitely come back. Small boutique hotel. Suitable for couples
After arriving at the hotel, someone immediately helped to park the car. We checked in while drinking champagne. There is a lounge with free snacks and various drinks all day long, which is very high quality.
The room is large and comfortable, with an unbeatable sea view. The hot spring in the room is very comfortable. The mini bar has various free drinks, including juice, tea, alcoholic drinks, etc.
The dinner is really great. Authentic French cuisine. I ate it for two days without repeating it. The ingredients are more advanced every day. I have to stay for more than three consecutive days for dinner.
The perfect hotel gave me a perfect vacation
(I stayed at the Ezaki building) The interior facilities are very good. There are two shower rooms in the duplex-type independent building, so it is spacious and nice. There is a bit of a distance between the check-in counter and the accommodation, but... a red-haired English-speaking staff member at the check-in counter personally guides you. He is very funny. I have been to Japan many times, but this was the first time I had a language barrier like this, but I can't tell you how good it was to communicate with this person in English. The room is clean, and there are two beddings except for the bed, but it is not just a mat, but a topper, so it is comfortable enough, and the bed is also comfortable and nice. The service cookie is just Lotus flavored.
They gave me a drink coupon as a welcome drink, but I couldn't use it, which was a shame. A convenience store is also about 5 minutes away?? Unlike regular hotels, you have to take off your shoes to enter, so it was more convenient, and anyway, the facilities are good and clean, so it was nice. There are department stores, shopping malls, Wasabi House, drugstores, Nanaya, and other shopping streets within 10-15 minutes, so it's good.
The only downside is that security can be a bit weak...? Since it's Japan, there's no such risk burden, but it feels that way.
It's a structure where you enter by holding the door lock key behind the wall, but um... (see photo) Anyway, that's it... So there's a little noise from cars passing by. But it's okay. Everything is great. Oh, and the doorbell sound was also the convenience store bell sound, so it was funny ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If you're thinking about going here, it might be good to go ㅎㅎ
Oh, another interesting thing is that you can send various inquiries or things you need to know before check-in through email chat starting the day before check-in.
Great sea view room, large room size, great dinner buffet and breakfast buffet, variety, good taste, basic Japanese style fish, snacks, delicate desserts, fruits are good, mostly live The guests are all Japanese natives, and the children are the most suitable. There are many rides, not bad.
The room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.

GGuest UserVery Japanese style, suitable for foreigners who want to experience pure Japanese style and natural hot springs. It’s so worth it, so mysterious and amazing🤩
