Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

Advantages: convenient transportation, convenient for eating, drinking and playing. The room is soundproof and the railway is right under the window, which has little impact. Disadvantages: The room is relatively old, the window cannot be opened so the air is poor, and the room lighting is relatively dim.

Location is far from most of the attractions, will be nice to have a car. It took me 15 mins to walk from Tomei Gotemba Highway Bus station. There are free shuttle buses provided to Gotemba Premium Outlet from this station. The hotel is very comfy, suitable to chill and enjoy the hit spring, good for family vacation. Free flow soba from 9.30 till 11pm, free yogurt drink and ice cream as well. The view from room is amazing! Basically can just stay in room and enjoy Mt Fuji view

The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

We went to the Gotemba Outlet before checking in. So we took a taxi from the outlet to the hotel about 1600yen. Mr Santosh checked us in and also provided many information about the hotel neighbourhood. I told him I will write about him in my review :) The hotel is in good location, close to Uniqo, Daiso, supermarket and many eateries. We even walk to the nearby JR gotemba easily. The room is big and we stayed on the 4th level which is on the same level as the viewing terrace. We can see Mt Fuji very clearly during the opening hours. The breakfast was ok, standard Japanese style. The onsen was a bit small but still adequate. Overall, a very new hotel and worth staying with them. Upon checked out, we walked to the nearby tomei-gotemba and took the direct bus back to Shinjuku.

Fast check in process. Very clean and comfortable. Lawson and family mart close to hotel. Very close to main road. Lots of parking lot.

What an intensely beautiful and comfortable hotel to stay at. Mount fuji view room type is a definitely must choose. Perfectly clean and great amenities. For those who rent a car to travel within mount fuji, this place is a must stay.

I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.

It was a hygienic and good business hotel. It was raining because there was a covered sidewalk a little walk to the station, but I was able to go out to eat without getting too wet. Free water and tea packs were provided in the room, but I should have brought them because I didn't have coffee. Amenity goods were prepared at the front desk and bath salts were also available. It's often difficult because one side is a wall in a double bed room and there is no gap, so if you sleep there, you have to get off after getting to your feet.

Room #908 Semi-Double for 2. Visible tiredness after accomodating guests. 2 rail lights not providing adequate lighting for middle aged eyes at night. Mouldy grout in the bath room floor but at corners. Drying string not working. Train can disturb sleep but ear plugs are available on request. Will recommend still but not at weekend rate TBH.

Very suitable for a solo traveler. It is 3-5 minutes away from the Shinkansen station and is also close to Sunpu Castle. By the way, the breakfast in this restaurant is delicious and the price-performance ratio is super high. After eating, I feel very happy.

Hotel station, which is almost between Shizuoka Station and Shin Shizuoka Station, is about a 10-minute walk from Shizuoka Station. It will be within a 5-minute walk from Shin Shizuoka Station. There is a CoCo banya next to the hotel, there is an izakaya in the vicinity, and there is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel, so it is not troublesome for shopping and eating. This time, I made a reservation in advance and visited, and stayed with two people, but check-in will be a little easier if you enter the guest information that you will receive by email in advance. Check-in is a rare tablet method. The key is received directly from the employee at the front desk. The key was not a card type that is common in business hotels, but a normal key. The room I stayed at this time was a semi-double single room. The washroom is independent and is near the door of the room. The refrigerator is not under the TV or near the desk, but next to the door, so it is difficult to easily take drinks. And what I was interested in was the smell of the unit bath. Although the toilet is a washlet, it is not automatic but it is washed by twisting the knob by oneself. The curtain of the unit bath smelled dry and ventilated, but I couldn't get rid of the smell. The impression I used was very satisfying except for the smell of the curtain. There seems to be a Japanese room, so please try it.

Located just a block from JR Shimizu station, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the fish market. Access from here to the pine forest beach is also faster. This part of town is central but a bit more quiet vs. Shizuoka's main station, but you are just 10 minutes away by train and the price is hard to beat. Ask for a high floor room and you might be waking up to a view of Fuji from the window. For that, I give it top marks!

To my regret, should have booked ALL my nights in Shizuoka with this place. Because of some of the negative reviews online, I was sceptical and worried thus didn’t wanna put all eggs in one basket. But the worry was totally unnecessary. Given the price, a fair comparison should be a dormitory styled hostel, and this place far exceeds any of the capsule hotels/dorm hostels I’ve been to (I’ve booked around 50 in Japan by now). First, it has its own room and bed, privacy +1. Second, it has its own large locker in the room (not as large as the largest suitcase, but more than enough to keep valuables and clothes), convenience +1. Third, COMFY bed with incredibly thick foam support and super-single kinda width, sleep quality +1. Fourth, the shower room area is ultra spacious and brightly illuminated, with close to 10 counters (and chairs), you can take your time taking care of your hygiene and facial breakouts at your own pace. Fifth, it has a partner cafe (hug coffee) two doors next to it and the breakfast and/or drink coupons it offers could save you quite some money compared to walk in yourself. The list could go on when you compare it to other hostels in the town (instead of hotels in another price range) Given, the door of the room cannot be locked, and there could be a chance of hearing noise from other rooms, but these are common issues across all hostel settings, and it’s more of the travellers issue than the place. So overall, I must say this is a place of very high value. I’ll almost always stay in this place if I’m to pass by Shizuoka again in the future.

この辺では老舗のホテルということで、中に入ってみると歴史を感じてそうだろうなあという感じです。まあリノベしてあるので、そこそこ新しくWi-fiなどもちゃんとありますがドアがオートロックではないというのはつらい。今どき鍵かけるのなんて忘れちゃいますよ。部屋自体はきれいで問題ありません。場所も駅から近いし繁華街にあるのでこれも問題なし。朝食はかなり内容はよくオムレツを目の前で作ってくれたりしますが、ヨーグルトは欲しかったな。出かける際に天気悪くなりそうだったので傘貸してくれたりサービスもいいです。なので泊まるのに特に問題はないですが、やはり新しいホテルと比べると歴史感じさせてしまう分が星3つかな。

We stayed overnight on the way back from our trip from the Chita Peninsula. I could only see Mt. Fuji a little in the morning, but I enjoyed the hot springs in my room and the hot springs in the large communal bath. The teppanyaki dinner was delicious and I enjoyed talking with the chef. I would like to visit again if I have another chance. Thank you very much.

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

The location is not good if you don't have a car. I had heavy bags and it took me about 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I took a taxi back to the station after check out which cost 1200 yen. It is in a bit of an isolated area. Closest convenience store was about 10-15 mins on foot. The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. Rooms a bit small but I had a spectacular view of Fuji from my window. The bed was new and very comfortable. Remember to take a taxi from the station if you have a lot of luggage.

I go to Gotemba several times a year to visit the grave, but I am always taken care of by the Dormy Inn near this hotel. I was worried about this hotel with a room with a sauna, so I stayed for the first time this time. When I arrived, the atmosphere of the former love hotel was drifting as the word of mouth of the other person with the appearance of the appearance. The waiters are very enthusiastic and attentive! The hotel has an open environment and feels like nature! I like the surrounding scenery very much! But I still have a small comment: the check-in notification process is a bit cumbersome, and the notification is still oral. The air conditioner in the room is not good at heating, there is no heater, and the room is not warm enough. You need to cover yourself with clothes when sleeping at night. The plastic slippers were a bit dirty, there was no washing machine in the room, and the signs indicating the way to the room at night were not reflective or lighted up, so it took me a long time to find them. Only one towel is given for washing. Didn't you know that you need two towels for the night and the next day? The room lights cannot be adjusted and the brightness is not enough.

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.

There is a convenience store on the first floor near the station. It is also a short walk to downtown and there is no problem with the location. The response of the employees is also good impression. There is a feeling of cleanliness. We were able to upgrade our room this time and spend more comfortably. This room was the west end of the north side, so I can take a picture of Enshu Railway from the window of the room (the hotel is right next to the far iron elevated line), so I think it is a happy room for railroad fans. It is troublesome to do it only by the machine next to the front desk. If you make the name etc. fill in at the front desk, it is more efficient to advance to the liquidation by the flow.

It's an old hotel, so there are inevitable signs of age... but it seems like they're maintaining it in their own way. It was nice that there was a separate smoking area so I didn't have to go far to smoke.

The room is neat and clean, and the hotel has a self-service laundry service, which is very convenient. The attached restaurant has a rich breakfast. You can try Hamamatsu dumplings and Hamana Lake eel rice, which are delicious.

We arrived early evening with the tour and we were quickly settled into the room. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and had a selection of beauty products available. I liked the fact that there was a kettle for tea/coffee making as it was rather nice to be able to have a cup of tea in the room.

Use a triple room. It feels like a luxury hotel in Showa. The good thing is that the parking lot is right in front of you and it is free. The staff is also polite. The room is large. It is cleaned cleanly. It was on a hill and on a high floor, so the scenery is wonderful. Breakfast was also very delicious with my own seasoning. The bad thing is that it looks like a historic hotel, so it can't be helped, but I noticed it was old everywhere. Is the mattress coffee? stains. The bath is full of mold with tile grooves. When the drain is clogged and you are taking a shower, it accumulates from your feet. The whole room is dark even if all the lights are turned on. However, I think the cospa is a good person. There was breakfast for 3 people and it was a little over 20,000.

I loved the cleanliness of the place; it's incredibly spacious for a capsule hotel, which really impressed me. The shower area is clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. I received bread and coffee for breakfast. The only downside was that I wasn't aware there was no parking, so I had difficulty getting there and had to park in nearby paid lots. The location is excellent; there are convenience stores, a market, and the hotel is situated within a building that houses restaurants and cafes.

We used it during Hamamatsu sightseeing. It was a subtle distance from the station １０ minutes, but it was a distance that would not be bitter for a solo trip to walk while enjoying the town and the food and drink town. It was a Sunday stay, so it was a very reasonable price, also a free drink and a lounge room with a wide 々, and a full Viking and service and satisfaction that doesn't seem to be free for breakfast, rice, etc. It is a high hotel. The interior of the hotel was renovated and the room was beautiful. I raised it early, so I left my luggage at the front desk, but the response was very good.
