A short walk from train station. Room size okay.. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Reception is on the top floor of the building... Good view. The outdoor platform provided a good view of the train station and track. Hotel provide train watching schedule too.

Located about 10min walk from Kanazawa station, very near Omicho market, hotel Forza was very advanced in the check in process. It was a decent hotel with a small coin laundry room (4 machines). However, I had 2 unhappy encounters. Trip didn't allow me to modify the dates (cancel 1 night) so I called the hotel directly. I was told by Amy or Emi to cancel the entire booking (which did not incur additional charges) and rebook, which resulted in a higher price per night. When I checked in, I didn't like the layout of the room which I was not aware of from the photos prior - bed directly facing the door, it wasnt possible to watch the TV from the bed nor from the swivel chair unless I turn it around (I bought take outs for my dinner), so I called the front desk to ask for a change (I also checked online and saw that there were available rooms) however I was rejected by Amy/Emi once again, with the reason that their housekeeping would have to make rounds again and will incur additional charges. I decided not to argue further and made do with it for my 3 nights of stay.

Hotel Torifito offers an excellent stay with a fantastic location near the station, making it highly convenient for travellers. The amenities are great, including a dedicated room with microwave, ice buckets, and vending machines, making it easy to prepare your own meals/heat up konbini food. The breakfast is a standout feature, boasting a wide variety of options that include delicious, seasonal Kanazawa specialties. While the room isn’t particularly large, it is comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensures a good night's sleep. Overall, it’s a well-rounded choice for comfort, convenience, and great food. I highly recommend it!

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

Parking onsite and is just outside the hotel. This makes it very convenient. Better to reserve to secure a lot when booking this hotel. Everything was good. Only down side is the air conditioning system in the rooms is centralised and cannot be controlled. When we stayed there for 2 nights, they had already switched from air conditioning to heating the rooms. The day we arrived, it was warm so the room was hot. We turned off the heater and opened the windows to let in some cool fresh air. Fortunately the 2 side panels of the windows could be opened. We slept through the night with opened windows.

Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

A clean and comfortable hotel, except that the hotel is inconspicuous, it is perfect. The hotel is 15 minutes from the JR station, so it is very convenient to push luggage. You can soak in the hot springs to relieve the fatigue of the day. The breakfast is very rich and the room space is sufficient. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Kanazawa.

Next to the Komatsu Shinkansen Station, it is quite suitable to stay for one night during a transfer. Although the room is small, the bathroom is quite large with separate dry and wet rooms. After arriving at Komatsu Station, exit the west exit and see the high-rise building across the road, which is the hotel🏨. There is no road leading directly to the front of the hotel. I took a smoking room for a week by mistake, but I changed it to a non-smoking room on Tuesday. However, the non-smoking room I had changed was very dirty, and the dirt was scattered on the floor after the bath, so I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to confirm it. After confirmation, he changed the room to the highest level. The view and the size of the room were large enough for one person.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. I wanted to go to Kaga Onsen, but I didn't know how to choose a hotel. I chose this hotel after reading a travel book. The brand is old, the facilities are too old, it was renovated in 1996, there are big stains on the carpet, not many people live there, some places feel gloomy and poorly ventilated. The hot springs did not meet my expectations, one indoor and one outdoor, very ordinary. The dinner was good and I ate until I was full. The Japanese-style room is not bad, with a bathtub for soaking, but we didn't use it. The waiter seemed to be far away from you, with no expression on his face. He didn't move at all when he saw us taking our luggage. There was only one aunt who was in charge of our dinner. She was cheerful and very enthusiastic. I will definitely change the place next time I go.
