Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

Breakfast is average, American style in the lobby on the first floor. There are free billiards and bars. Very close to the Jaime duque amusement park. There is a parking lot, suitable for children. The picture is the view from the window of the room.

I want to thank Carlos the manager and the front desk staff for the great stay. The rooms are very comfortable, and the service impecable. I made a mistake when I booked my room and had reserved a night short, upon noticing it I brought it up to the front desk and even though they mentioned there were high occupancy they were able to extend my stay and honor my rate. Avoiding me a huge inconvenience. The only constructive feedback I would give is regarding the complex road access to the hotel complex. I will stay here again.

The place is wonderfulThe place is wonderful in the middle of a very quiet forest, my birthday experience was the best, the staff is very careful, delicious and very healthy food, for improving the wine letter, The wonderful water circuit was very relaxing and what I tell you in the middle of the mountains feels one in an oasis, the spa massages a gentle and pleasant experience, there are some maintenance details that need to be improved, But I would generally recommend that it come back.

The worst hotel in which I have stayed in Bogota and Sabana. It's 10:15 p.m. and still moving furniture in the dining room and people making noise in the halls, hear strong music in the rooms, nobody controls anything, they simply respond that they can't do anything because they have two football teams in the room . At 3:00 a.m. a group of drunks arrived and was crying in the lobby until 5:00 without anyone doing anything. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is a very nice restaurant with a very nice room.

This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.
