Rooms and breakfast were in line with our expectations. The room was clean - the bath was something very narrowly measured. SPA was in any way good - some glittering plates in the outdoor area. But: When checking in, we were informed that the lift was out and no repair would be made at the weekend. We, both of us, were no longer very young, our room was on the 4th floor. We were offered help in carrying bags, but the staircase had quite criminally tight, short steps in one floor - not just ideal. I also noticed that the call button panel was expanded on all floors. In Parterre, the floor display is also expanded. After a short lift failure, the whole thing didn't look like - there would have been enough a sign, at least the main switch could have been turned off. I suppose the lift was longer defect, and will it stay for a while? At the departure, another guest told us that there had been a working staff lift. I think we were not told about it deliberately. I find this a conjecture. I assume it was not the fault of the receptionist - she probably had her instructions. In the hotel description you could have clearly indicated that the PP CHF 6 per day would be charged and the short charges would be charged directly in the hotel. Maybe it is somewhere - then, however, well to read. In all, the price was quite high - for Weggis probably in the usual framework.

The hotel locates alongside lake where is amazing view to enjoy in the morning. You can spend a whole day sitting alongside lake. Although the hotels does not locates in the city center but 15mins by bus which is bus station opposites hotel.

The hotel is close to the train station. The location is easy to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk away. It's just a bus ride away. The room is quite big. I booked a triple room. The double bed is comfortable. The single bed is a sofa bed. It's generally comfortable. In the evening, it's downstairs. A loud noise from the crowd at the bar was heard.

A very, very good hotel! Right by Lake Lucern, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal and the train station. The scenery is unbeatable, with Mount Rigi on the left and Mount Pilatus on the right, the beautiful Lake Lucern in the middle, and the snow-capped mountains behind. The service was courteous and friendly, and sparkling wine was given upon check-in, and it was cooled in an ice bucket in advance, which was very considerate. The bed was very comfortable, and in addition to the regular buffet, there were also hot meals made to order for breakfast, and the freshly made omelets were delicious!

Excellent location. The top hotel in Lucerne. The hotel is right by the lake. The scenery is picturesque. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The service attitude is very good. The room area is not big enough. The room facilities are luxurious. The decoration details are worthy of praise. It is worthy of being a well-known hotel brand.

Arrive in Zurich at 1pm and go straight to this hotel instead of staying in Lucerne. I went to see the morning at Mt. Rigi and I was lucky to watch the sunrise. It takes about an hour, so you have to go relaxed. (No train in the morning). The room itself is really motel level and the rest of the spa is excellent. Luxury spa feeling. Room prices are so expensive that there are plenty of empty rooms in high season. It is the most satisfying hotel in Switzerland. The rooms are small, but the decoration is relatively new, but their corridors are really narrow. It is estimated that Europe is more expensive, haha. The breakfast was quite rich. I stayed for two days. I met the Chinese waiter the next day. The communication was much more convenient. Haha, the restaurant was great. I went to dinner with my husband at night. The atmosphere was very good. The waiters were very friendly, patiently introduced, and ordered a bottle. A beer that doesn't know what the name is, it's super delicious.

The hotel in the small town of VIZTNAU has been newly opened for more than a year. It is comfortable and clean, and it is very good. The roof top terrace has a beautiful view, you can enjoy the sunset, and the food is delicious.
