Three star hotel, no surprises, unfriendly reception service from the receptionist, and poor coffee, but I would like to highlight the attention of the manager Rosário! Better than the Radisson in Recife, however I expected better hotels in the city.

Very pleasant experience. I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times.

A experiência foi razoável pois no dia que ia passar a manhã no hotel para usufruir da praia me surpreendeu com a cobrança da toalha de praia. Outro ponto foi que eu trouxe amigos para conhecer o hotel e passar dez minutos somente, tive que pagar um de use para poderem usar o toalete e se quisesse usar chuveiro seria o da piscina mas pagando, não houve argumentos e nem opção tive que pagar pra poder ir até a praia e dar um mergulho com as amigas, a atendente muito irredutível, um ponto positivo para os garçons, café razoável a atendente Mércia muito atenciosa

I bought the room with a couple bed, Trip sent the voucher to the hotel, informed that the bed was twin, my voucher was in a couple bed, and after a lot of complaints and showing my voucher, the hotel decided to give me a couple bed. The great Trip failure. I asked the hotel, another trawler, they reported that they had no available, that the laundry did not deliver extra trawlers at the reception.

11946Wonderful hotel clean and nice and very good service absolutely I recommend this hotel  they have a large selection of breakfast fresh fruits and good food in the restaurant and it is close to the airport 10 minutes by car and very good Wi-Fi . they have live music by saxophone and piano play them in the morning every day when the people eat breakfast.

The breakfast is very simple and has little variety.
I ordered 2 meals, the first one came with the chicken parmigiana fillet almost completely raw, the other meal was good.
But the big problem is the seal between the rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that is said or done.
Finally, I would like to know where I can request my invoice in the name of a legal entity.

GGuest UserUpon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.
